David is super professional with mid century manners. He rings my doorbell, I open the door and step away and he asked, "should I follow you in?" I let him in. And he asked if he can use the table, I'm like yeah (haha cuz the other parts of the house is a shipwreck.). Anyway, before that he gave me his ETA, told me when he arrived and got to work diligently and oh so quietly while I worked in another room. He was on time, precise and now my screen is good as new. What sets him apart is also his concern for the remaining life of my phone- he told me why screens break and case I can purchase to prevent it from breaking (otterbox FYI). Wow! Cannot be more happy with the services by David. Like all of you I have been to multiple repair shops (don't we all have love/hate relationships with our iPhones? haha). I came in on 7/9 with my sister to get the glass screen on her iPhone 6 replaced. I called around beforehand and decided to come here since Phone Injury offered the best price. This place may not have as many reviews as others, but trust all these 5 stars! As soon as we came in David was super friendly! He quickly did some tests to see if there was any internal damage, and came to the conclusion only the screen needed to be replaced. He said it would be done in 30 minutes and gave us suggestions about the surrounding area since we wanted to walk around and kill time. I left my phone number so he could contact me and within 30 minutes he was finished! We came back and my sister's screen looked brand new! Before payment, he walked us through a series of tests to make sure both cameras, the microphone, and the screen were working and responding properly. There is a 14-day warranty for the screen in case anything were to happen, which is great because I've read some horror stories about other repair shops doing a botch job and refusing to fix the phone once you've left the store.
