This club is located in Concourse T, in a dark gloomy area next to ramp. But after exiting the elevator, the tarmac view is much nicer. The QR code scanners are at the booth, so it was surprising for me. For a club at in one of the largest airports, it is so small. We couldn't find any table, so we took some of the empty tall chairs and shared the table with another group. It was clean overall. Staff members were quickly removing empty cups and plates. They had wine and champagne for all in the drinks area. Sadly all entree dishes they served had pork and bacon. But there was salad section, some sandwiches and wraps as well. Small but a sufficient lounge. I took an elevator down to reach the United Club. Once inside, the folks at the reception greeted me with a smile & so did the chefs who filled up the buffet. Food was good and tasted freshly made. They were out of a few carbonated beverages but nobody minded. Seating area looked sufficient but did get crowded as more people started coming. Bathroom was clean and had no problems. Overall, my experience was hassle free and relaxing before I boarded my flight. read more

This is NOT the location that you want to use a one time pass for, I can say that for sure. We found ourselves at the airport nearly 4 hours early and needed a getaway (if you've been to the Atlanta airport you'll understand) so we decided to snag a one time club pass. There are a lot of signs to show you where this location is, but if you're not really intent on looking you could definitely miss it just walking by. It's located around a dark corner and right off of a gate. It requires taking an elevator to the second floor where you walk into the check in desk. A majority of the seating overlooks the tarmac which is cool. Unfortunately, that's the best part of the entire lounge. It is TINY. There's really nowhere you can go to relax or get away from people. Lots of people were having phone conversations and because you're in such close proximity to everyone, it is very overstimulating. The bathrooms are located in a very awkward place in the lounge. They're basically right in the middle of the main seating area which makes it so weird. Food selections were very mediocre. It was very subpar compared to what is typically expected from a United Lounge. Using a one time pass makes it worse. I may come in here if I had regular access just because it's better than nothing, but I'd never intentionally pay to use this lounge. My husband and I stayed for just an hour before deciding we were better off waiting the remaining three hours at our gate. Consider yourself warned. read more

I absolutely loved it here. from the entryway of the greeting and the automation and technologies to the set up in the food as well as the bar, everything was amazing. I use it because its here as a regular lounge member, but if you're using up your free passes please wait for a bigger lounge. This experience is not worth your free pass. This lounge gets full during peak travel times so beware you may not even be able to get in. With that said its small, has your food, drinks and beer available its a large hallway with a view of the flight line. Bathrooms too close to the lounge/food area you can hear the people in the bathroom. For a regular lounge member its still nice to get away from the crowd and get your perks. Not good but not the absolute worst. Surprising as this is one of the largest and busiest airports in America. One would think their lounge is at least at par with some of the others. Dallas was much better. Their food selection is quite minimal. Most of their desserts were out. There were very few seating options at first and people started to leave. The staff are kind and even went back to check for cookies but said there were none left. There's nice decor and different seating options. There's also a tv for those wanting to watch sports. SMH....I would have given them a 0 rating if Yelp would allow me to. Recently flying through Atlanta airport, and we wanted to take advantage of our United Club perks. So we jumped on the trainplane and rode over to concourse T. When we finally arrived at the United club lounge we were informed that we were not allowed entry, because we were not flying on an United airline plane on this particular day of travels. In the past United would let you enter lounge rather flying out with them or not. Another peek that's isn't so any more. Delta follows this same rule. Really disappointed in the service of this club. I deliberately came to the airport early to utilize my club pass which was included when I applied to the United card. However, I was denied entrance because the club was "full" and they would not take one time passes (while the other members in front of me were allowed to go in). I took a look around, and the area was small but there was still room. I came on a Wednesday before 4pm and was still denied entrance. Very new and clean United Club located at the terminal T, I really enjoyed their southern hospitality. All the staff work there was so nice, greet you with warm smiles and talk to you to ensure everything is good and say "have a safe flight" to all the departing passengers. Inside is smaller compared to hub airport clubs but larger compared to non hub airport clubs. Chairs are arranged spaciously, felt comfortable being there. They don't have a bar with bartender but they have help yourself beer and wine including famous prosecco. read more

A full service wireless printer/scanner station is located on a business workstation by the entrance. The main dining area had a full continental breakfast spread with self-serve espresso/ specialty coffees and two juices (cranberry and orange). A few cereal selections, various breads for toasting and an assortment of bagels, mini muffins and croissants rounded out the bakery. Wether it is to make your own parfait with the chilled vanilla yogurt or on its own like I prefer it; an abundant array of fresh fruit was welcome: blueberries, melons, fresh strawberries, apples and oranges The staff were attentive and friendly in this surprisingly modern, roomy and efficient United Club Lounge. Recently, my dad had some expiring United Club passes and on a trip back from a conference, I had a lot of time to kill before boarding and decided to attempt to use them. They are currently, valid even if you are not flying on UNITED. However, the agent at the front desk told me going forward later this year, you must have a UNITED boarding pass. It is a bit hidden, it requires an elevator upstairs, the location is at the T terminal, between the 11th and 12th gates. It's decent for a domestic lounge. Ever since I cancelled my reserve, I have not had the benefits of lounges, so it was good to be able to charge the laptop and get a little bit of work done. read more

It's not a large United Club. But the ladies working the front desk are friendly. There are two things I will ding this United Club on: (1) During specific times of the day - morning - the sun coming in the windows is absolutely blinding. They need a better shading system - what they have now is not working; (2) No business area - a lot of United Clubs have dedicated desk areas - none here - I guess there was not enough room! I came on a tues afternoon - lounge was empty and spacious with lots of seating and outlets. WiFi was spotty for my cellphone but connected great on the laptop. Food was limited but had your snacks, salad, veggie dip, and a pretty good soup. There's your standard coffee, tea, and sodas. Also beer on tap and a few wine options. The lounge was staffed well and very clean. Snacks were consistently replenished and tables cleared. Just to note the map on yelp isn't accurate for the lounge location - it's on the other side of concourse T (by AA gates not Delta). Hard to even give this one star....it's that bad. I've been to many United Clubs across the U.S. and this is the worst club I've ever visited. I pay for a United Mileage Plus card to get club access but if this were the standard for all United Clubs I'd cancel my membership immediately. On my last trip Sep 2023 the club was the worst I've ever experienced. First, the food is pitiful. Lacking options and low quality. Second, the kitchen staff (I saw three) were slow, lazy and unaffected by the inconvenience they caused travelers when they failed to do their job. They weren't cleaning up dirty dishes lying around the club or keeping the food and beverage area stocked. The club was packed with travelers whose flight had been delayed. The food and wine were mostly gone. I scraped the last remaining ladle of soup into a bowl but there were no spoons (or forks) in the utensil caddy. I knocked on the kitchen door and asked them to please replenish the utensils along with the food and wine. The kitchen staff slowly brought food out on a cart that was mostly empty, she then slowly walked back to the kitchen and slowly brought out a bowl of salad to replace the empty bowl at the food bar. Why not bring it all out together and move at a quick pace. The front desk clerk had to help pick up dirty dishes. This United Club has always been at the bottom tier when it comes to space and offerings but uncaring and unprofessional staff takes the cake. My husband had his own bad experience at the club on this same trip Sep 2023. He's reached out to United by email and hasn't received a reply to his complaint. We'll see if they care enough to respond. It seems Google has quite a few complaints and negative comments posted for this club location. It would be better to close this location instead of accruing complaints and negative experiences by customers. Better yet....United could care enough to investigate and improve this club location. I'd love to see one of those smiley/frowney face electronic rating consoles at the entrance to this club. I thought extensively about whether I should review this or not considering I never actually got in to the club in the ATL airport. I mean how can you effectively review something you never experienced? So let me be open. I had a boarding pass on a Delta flight but had passes for the club. There were 3 people at the reception area. I showed my pass and the individual asked for my united boarding pass- nope don't have one. The reception said no you can't come in - you aren't flying United. The rules changed last November. I was surprised since I had a pass (Chase United Airlines CC). I then asked if i could purchase a pass? ThE one I was discussing with initially said I'm now going on break. The others ignored me until I asked again- the one said " you talking too me? I wasn't working with you!" I then said well anyone. She the replied " you heard what she told you, if you don't have a United boarding pass you are not welcome here". I was stunned. What unprofessional and impersonal behavior- I really should've gotten names etc but I just then walked away. It made me really think more about my partnerships and the loyalties I hold. Very negative experience and I will cancel my chase United Card and find others that value customer loyalty. Now I'm sure if you're a frequent world or domestic traveler your experience is sure to be different. I would hope United will re-evaluate their customer service agents and be sure they hire more service oriented people. Otherwise we will take our business elsewhere ( oh and stop promoting the chase card if you won't honor the club passes). This is not right. read more

Be warned- you can NOT use the United Club in any airport if you are not flying UNITED that day even if you are a United Explorer VISA holder. This rule went into effect Nov 2019 as told to me by the Club receptionist in Atlanta. I think it's BS. This was a perk of the credit card. Now it's extremely limited. read more
