The Atlanta Centurion Lounge is a beast given its size. They have some nice decor including a tree inside. I also love the reserve bar which features some bourbons. That has a great atmosphere. The pressed chicken parts get old so the food needs an upgrade or at least the protein. This location does not good job keeping the tables cleaned.

In my opinion, the best Centurion club in the country. Not only is the lounge large with multiple soft seating arrangements,, it also has outdoor seating for those wishing to take in the Atlanta weather. There are two regular buffet stations as well as a smaller spot that contains small bites. As can be expected, the Centurion food selection and quality exceeds that of other lounges. Another highlight is their dedicated bourbon lounge. A great selection for those wanting to try them of their own or in a cocktail. Pro-tip: The lounge fills up quick. Use the AMEX app to join the waitlist before arriving in the terminal as wait times can exceed over 30 minutes. Once accepted, you have 10 minutes to check-in before it expires.

My brother and his husband just happened on a layover in Atlanta the same day as me! Score for meeting up in the Centurion lounge

OK, so hear me out. The Centurion Lounge at the Atlanta airport is gorgeous. A really nice mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. The people there were working constantly to keep it super clean. The hot meal was quite nice, I especially liked the chicken with the mustard sauce. They have one of those cool coffee machines that can whip you up a latte in a minute flat. Also, the drinks from the bar are flowing! But I found the salad bar and the fruit offering to be very sparse. Plus, I wish I had taken a picture of how the fruit is stored. They have it in like a little bin that you open up, but the door won't stay open so it keeps hitting you in the hand as you're trying to scoop your fruit out. Almost impossible to do that and hold your plate at the same time. Fortunately, I had a woman help me. I would return to this location for sure, but I would like to see them offer a little bit more fresh food for people that don't necessarily want the big heavy hot meal.

Finally made it inside to experience the AMEX Centurion Lounge at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport. Fun fact is my firm did the interior design and it's amazing. The outdoor elements, variety of rooms, individual spaces and the two bars. There's beverage and food stations all throughout. The restrooms were also top tier for freshening up. Service was immaculate with clearing plates, replenishing food and serving drinks. I need to level up to come back or pay the $50 guest fee. I highly recommend you arrive for your flight early to at least stay an hour.

The Centurion Lounge at ATL Airport is very nice. It's huge and has an exclusivity feeling to it. Plenty of seating options, from dining room vibes, multiple outdoor spaces, quiet areas, private rooms. The staff are super friendly and inviting. With quite a busy lounge I was impressed how clean it stays. There are people clearing tables constantly. There are quite a few little espresso cafe machines around the lounge so despite there being a lot of people I did not have to wait in line. I was lucky enough to experience the breakfast and the lunch buffets. The food was quality. Mostly the typical breakfast buffet style food. However there was a make your own avocado toast station that was a nice treat!

I've had the luxury of visiting this lounge twice, once on a Wednesday and once on a Saturday. I will say that my experience on the Wednesday was a lot better because it was less crowded and I did not have to wait to get inside. Also, the food that I had was absolutely amazing. They had some sort of stewed chicken dish with mashed potatoes. That chicken was so flavorful and moist. I did not need a knife to cut into that chicken. It was that tender! When I went on the Saturday though, I think they had reached Max capacity so I did have to sign in via the app and wait 20 minutes before they called me inside. It does get pretty packed with limited number of seats so you might have to be patient with finding a seat. Bathrooms are clean. Food and drinks are well stocked and the employees there are pretty quick with getting tables cleared and cleaned for new guests. Overall, a good solid choice to hang out while waiting for your flight!

While I was waiting to order, I watched the bartender clean out the tip jar and count cash. Then she proceeded to make drinks without first washing her hands.

Ok - happy to have a friend tell me that AmEx Centurion Lounge opened at Atlanta airport. Located in E concourse gate 11 Great entrance - it does get crowded as does every lounge in AtL. But they have a waiting section with seats by the entrance. There's couches, high top tables, regular tables. Overall choices on where to sit - but if busy you gotta find open spot. WiFi access There's hot food bar area, coffee/drink area and lots of friendly staff to assist.

One of my favorite Centurion lounges! Because of its size, I've only had to wait maybe once to get in, and even then, it was a quick wait. Food and drink selections are excellent. They occasionally have an ice cream cart with servers making fresh sundaes. If you've got ab AMEX, this is the place to be in ATL.

A few weeks ago, I was traveling through ATL to visit a family member in Florida. I was able to stop on both legs of my trip at the Centurion Lounge. The team members at the front quickly got me checked in and gave me information on the layout of the lounge. I was able to get a nice mocktail and some delicious food! The lounge has an upscale ambiance and boasts an outdoor area with seating which is pretty much unheard of in an airport! Overall, the Centurion Lounge is a great place to relax and grab a bite to eat during your layover if you are an AMEX card holder!

Love the centurion lounge. You do have to have an American Express platinum card/above or delta American Express card to come in. Very relaxing and food is good. Better than anything you will get at the airport. You get complimentary drinks/alcoholic beverages. It can get busy at times, so it can be a hit or miss. For me and the husband we have had no issues getting in and finding a seat. You can arrive three hours before flight takeoff and if flight is delayed you can stay longer. So much more relaxing than waiting at the terminal for your flight.

This was not a singular chair in this shape but only bothered to get a pic of one.

Line in moved slowly. Food was terrible. Eggs were cold, potatoes were akin to a salt lick and the cantaloupe tasted fermented. Beyond that furniture is stained and cleaning was clearly half assed for some time if you look close enough. It does seem they aren't alone as most lounges try and squeeze more and more out by offering less

If you're looking for a laid-back spot with great food, strong drinks, good hookah, and outstanding…read moreservice, ATL Hookah Lounge in Hapeville is definitely worth checking out! It came highly recommended, so my friend and I decided to stop by on a Thursday night, and I'm so glad we did. We started at the bar, where our bartender, Tay, immediately made us feel welcome. She was attentive, personable, funny, and had excellent customer service. We kicked things off with lemon drops, and let me tell you... they were delicious! Strong, smooth, and made just right. As the evening went on, our party grew from two to six, so we grabbed a table. To our surprise, Tay transitioned from bartender to waitress, and somehow her service got even better. She never missed a beat. Since it was happy hour, we sampled several menu items, including the honey lemon pepper wings and fries, fried shrimp and fries, salmon bites and fries, fried green tomatoes, and the cornbread. Every single thing we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. There wasn't one item we regretted trying. Of course, we couldn't leave without ordering a hookah, and it was hitting! Smooth, flavorful, and lasted throughout the night. One thing I really appreciated was the atmosphere. It wasn't overly packed, but it had a nice crowd with great energy. The vibe leaned more mature, with mostly people in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s, which made for a relaxed, enjoyable evening. They have two bars, plenty of seating, and even an outdoor patio area if you want a little fresh air or a more private space. Parking was free and conveniently located on-site, which is always a plus. The bathrooms were also worth mentioning--small, nicely decorated, and very clean. The prices were another pleasant surprise. Happy hour food ranged around $8-$10, hookah was about $20, and the drinks were around $8. Great food, quality drinks, and hookah without breaking the bank? That's a win. I was told Wednesday has even better specials, but Thursday definitely didn't disappoint. Overall, ATL Hookah Lounge exceeded my expectations. Between the amazing service from Tay, delicious food, strong drinks, great hookah, mature crowd, and affordable prices, this place earned every bit of its 5 out of 5 stars. I'll definitely be back!

The vibe of spot is r&b brunch party, so singing and eating just go hand in hand here. Perfect spot for a birthday get together in fact there were like 2 or 3 turn ups while I there. So the real question: Why only a 4 star review if it was so poppin and food was fire?! Well the actual service is where the shine needs to be a bit brighter. I dont mind that a pre-calculated 20% tip is coming on my bill when the service is prompt and attentive. That is where the mark was missed, seemed as though the service was a bit slower because the tip is already there so the need to perform and match the excellence of the food and drinks doesn't matter as must to the servers. We sat for a long time after placing our drink order without even receiving the lemonade that was ordered first and not coming from the bar. Had to remind the server that we even ordered them. We also had to flag her down for things like a couple more napkins or salt/ pepper/condiments once the food arrived. Would have been appreciated if there was a check in/check back to ensure we were good and didnt need anything else or to order another drink. Overall we'll be back and hopefully the service game will be as stepped up as the other areas that made this a memorable must stop! And I will gladly give an updated 5 star possibly request they add a 6th. Thats MY ted-talk thank you for joining!
