Thankfully my boarding gate was in Concourse B so I could try a different Sky Club other than Concourse A's Sky Club, which did not impress me that much. Initial impressions were much better. The space is huge with high ceilings and a lot more windows, which offered a lot of natural light. There are a lot of seats in here as well, which somehow managed to handle the fairly substantial amount of people in here as well. And no food lines, although I was not impressed that the menu was literally the same thing as I had three days prior at Concourse A lounge. And boo to no pimento cheese! Staff are of course nice here, they clean up after everything pretty quickly. Overall, this is a slightly above average Sky Club. Good enough to get the job done and feel a bit comfortable in. read more

This Delta Sky Club lounge at ATL B18 is an interesting lounge with an angular layout. I appreciated the beer station immediately to the right as you enter. The IPA hit the right spot as well as the Dijon chicken at the buffet. Particularly noteworthy were the chicken salad sandwiches with mango chutney. It has been my experience that the chicken salad sandwiches at any of the Delta lounges are always on point and satisfying. They are the most consistently good item at their buffets. My connecting flight changed its departure gate from the B Concourse to the A Concourse, so I did not have time to relax here this time. 3.8 stars read more

Probably one of the worst lounges food wise I have had, but it looks great! Let's be honest though, we all come excited for the food. I came for breakfast at 8am during my layover, but there weren't many great options. There were eggs, potatoes, fruit, and salad. I had the potatoes and salad and both were not good. When you're in ATL, you're in the belly of the Delta beast. It's no surprise their Sky Clubs here are huge, and the Concourse B club definitely fits the bill. The space is bright and has an open floor plan, basically one massive room with different sections of seating. The usual amenities are good, no complaints. But here's the same theme I harp on, rearing its ugly head again -- the bathrooms. How are you going to design a Sky Club this massive, and then have a bathroom that's the same size as that in clubs with one-third of the total capacity? Makes ZERO sense, as evidenced by the never ending line. read more

I absolutely love this Sky Club! Every time I come here during a long layover, it feels like a little vacation inside the airport. After hours of traveling, this place is exactly what I need to relax and recharge. It makes those long waits between flights so much more enjoyable and comfortable. The food here is always fresh and delicious. There are lots of choices, whether I'm craving something healthy or just want a snack. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. I know I've been to the Sky Club in the past in Concourse B, so looking back at my reviews, thought there were two smaller sky clubs on this concourse, thinking it had been recently combined into this bigger one. But no, this one has been around since 2016. It was crowded being Monday morning, and the crowd status on the app indicated that. But there was no waiting in line, and was able to find a seat for one in the far back corner. Even though it was closer to lunch, they were still serving breakfast items. But the bar was open. I had stopped into the Sky Club in Miami much earlier that morning, so knew that this visit wouldn't use up one of my 15 annual ones. This is one of my favorite Sky Clubs at Hartsfield Jackson. The buffet is located in the center, there is lots of seating, and the staff is friendly. Access is a breeze due to the many self -check-in kiosks. Being a plane spotter, I always try to snatch a window seat when I'm here. Really crowded and difficult to not make comparisons to Nashville and JFK bc had just been there. A little worn down, not as stylish or decorative. Paper small squarish plates, large paper cups for soup and plastic cutlery. However found some excellent food options- chickpea sliders, kale salad, beet and orange salad, gojuchan tofu. I personally didn't love the experience as a whole and would only do in case of really needing something and not having the time or not wanting to pay airport prices. This is a great lounge, but it is inferior to the other Delta terminal lounges. They have a relatively decent selection of food, and the staff are very helpful. There is a large flow of individuals coming and going into this lounge, so if you wait a few moments you'll be seated with ease. The food options are limited, there isn't a huge variety. But it is sufficient. The seating is relatively close together, so there isn't a lot of privacy. There are no seats where you can comfortably have a nap, however, there are many seats with tables to make dining easier. My favorite item is the lemonade, which I mix with tonic water. It's so good. With the new restrictions on Delta lounges, I may skip this lounge in the future and stick with E., F., or B. read more

Food was good. The staff was beyond great. Very attentive and efficient. This is a larger Sky Club and the place is spacious and nice. Big windows give you plenty of natural light. They have handicap accessible restrooms. The bar staff is good although their drink options are minimal. If you can make a margaritas, buy the ingredients for a strawberry margaritas. Atlanta is a busy airport with busy clubs, so it is expected that there is usually a line or some sort of wait. I was travelling home from a work trip and got to the airport earlier than expected and decided to go to the club closest to my gate. I checked the app on my way and saw that it was really busy so I was a little nervous that I would have to go to another one. I managed to get in no problem and there was still a good amount of seats available. I set down my stuff and grabbed and drink and some food before before my flight. There is one food area with two counters of the same thing, a dessert area, coffee area, and the bar, with what looked like pour your own wine? The food is alright, which is to be expected, but a good amount of options to choose from. There is a variety of seating options, but mostly chairs with a couple moveable tables scatted throughout. When I arrived, they were all being utilized, but I managed to snag one a little while later. The staff was great, cleaning up dishes and plated regularly and sweeping the floors. read more

This is one of the bigger lounges that i have been in, with loads of seating. The check-in process is geared to letting in the ones who have no questions rapidly. If you have a question or beed help, you are directed to the desk Agents. It's not quite clear where the line begins, and we have shrugged our shoulders to more than one Elder who just saunters up to the Agent without noticing those standing in line. This time I had a question because at the Kiosk it showed an estimated departure and an actual departure? The man "helping" had no clue, and soon the screen disappeared and he shooo'd me along to the desk Agents. Great, thanks. Since there is so much seating, the lines through the buffet and the bar can get backed up. They do have dedicated Agents standing with the food to direct. They have quite a few Delta employees walking around, which is good if you need a table wiped down, etc. The outlets in our seats had no power, and the ones in the column didn't work either. The food selection today was decent- fresh salads, dips, a hot chicken dish and vegetarian dish. The bartenders steal the show, and are always the friendliest, most patient that i have ever met. read more

This is probably the best lounge I have ever been to. After flying all day and having a layover in Atlanta, this place was very much appreciated. I really enjoyed the Soda Fountain, as I was parched and the copious amounts of veggie options they had on the buffet. I really enjoyed the rice dish, it was an outstanding dinner. That withs some hummus and pita, was a truly a great meal at the end of my day. Followed by more oatmeal cookies than I would like to admit, is how I ended my night! 10/10 would recommend. read more

The lounge in the international terminal is way better. It seemed like this one was designed to be more of a "grab and go" kind of spot. There wasn't much variety in the food and very few snacks. While it was nice to check in using the kiosk and there were many servers milling about to pick up trash and help in general, I just didn't think this was as nice as others. This review is for concourse C at gate 35/37. The lounge was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom: old, dirty, small and would rather have used the public restrooms. Food: Poor quality, they portion control guests with the smallest possible plates and the soda fountain was overflowing with excess ice everywhere. Bar: I got a margarita it was sugary and gross. Seating: over crowded, dirty. I would avoid the lounges at all costs, the amenities are literally zero and you'd be more comfortable waiting at the gate. Amex and Delta should do better. read more

Compared to most lounges this one is one of the larger ones. Even with a good amount of people in the lounge, there is space to sit and the volume is reasonable versus how many people are present. The bar offers some beer, cocktails, and spirits for free as well as some others for purchase. The main buffet area has two sides so there was no wait to get food. Two areas on both sides of the lounge have self serve coffee machines and pastries/fruit. read more

This Delta lounge in Concourse B, just outside Gate 18, is just ok. Kinda meh, to be honest. We showed up super early, I want to say just as they opened, and the place was already packed (which is to be expected at a Delta hub like Atlanta, but wow). Food options were ok, but kinda on the limited side. Seating wasn't bad, but had to move around a couple of times to find a seat that had a working USB port to charge my devices. Bathrooms were also on the disappointing side, and probably the worst SkyClub bathrooms I have seen to date (stalls out of order and blocked off, etc.). The staff were awesome for the most part, putting out new food and coming around and clearing dishes and such. If you have a little more time in your layover though, I would probably recommend you trying out one of the other SkyClubs in ATL. read more

This continues to be one of the nicest Delta clubs we have visited in the past 6 months of travel. The personnel are always friendly and efficient. The food is wonderful. The bartenders are exceptional. It's large, artfully decorated, and brightly lit. Today (4/3/23) I had the chicken salad capresse sliders with chips, and the lemon pound cake with a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. I'm good to go for the next leg of our travel - home! read more

So my first time flying Delta led me to the SkyClub Lounge, courtesy of my seat buddy and new friend. It felt exclusive and right up my alley. Complimentary beverages, delectable food and world class service. I was just a guest but everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I had a mimosa, couple nibbles of the lunch buffet, a slice of pound cake and since I was there for like 2 1/2 hours an Asian bowl of beef, veggies, kimchi and yumminess. I entered this lounge with my Amex Platinum card and my same day Delta Airline boarding pass. I am an authorized user and there was no issue. Took the elevator up and walked up to one of the many kiosks. Some were not working and there was an attendant guiding you to which one to use. First you scan your QR code from your boarding pass, next tap your Amex Platinum card and you're done. I arrived on a Saturday evening around 7pm and there were a few tables available. Huge space with lots of staffs standing around. There was also some TV screens showing a sports game by the bar. The food was decent. There were different types of salads, a chicken salad slider, roasted chicken, hummus, pasta salads, roasted carrots, chicken noodle soup and among other items. The chicken noodle soup tasted waaaay off. Had a couple of sips and could not finish it. The roasted chicken was dry. Stick with the vegetarian options. There's also a wine bar, soda station and coffee/tea station. At a separate smaller bar, there were chocolate chip cookies and cake. Not much variety there. I'll be back in December when I return from Costa Rica which will also be around the dinner time. I hope the options will be better. read more

I have recently began accessing Delta lounges and found this lounge to be the largest thus far. It was massive in size but also the busiest I have encountered. There were soooo many people. I see why Delta is trying to limit the amount of people entering their lounges. I know they recently increased the entrance fee for Delta Platinum Amex Card holders from $39 to $50. Although I have this card, I also have the Amex Platinum card. When my hubby and I walked into this one we were floored with how big it was. We found two seats, got comfortable for out 1.5 hour visit, and began enjoying our visit. I was excited to see that Delta had the Thai soup that day. I think this is a winter soup but I would happy to see this every visit I have. It is just that good. I could write a review on just this soup alone. Anyway, we decided to move to the bar area so that we could be closer to the TVs. There was a constant line at the bar. I had to wait in line for a few minutes to order our two drinks. This is probably my only grip. I will say that the bartender there was quick and efficient with her drink making. During our stay, they made an announcement about a chef's menu which featured kimchi grits and short ribs. Well I love short ribs and my husband loves grits, so we each tried it. It was okay, nothing special. During my layover at ATL, I will for sure hit up this Sky Club. Not sure if I would come here with my Delta Platinum but for free access with my Amex Platinum, I have nothing to lose. read more
