I appreciated their service and trusted them already. Recently the furnace quit in the middle of Friday night. Saturday morning the emergency line returned my call promptly and hurried over to help. They did estimate and collect a fair after-hour fee based on time. I was again not disappointed when I received the final bill. They are trustworthy and not out to gouge you.

About a week later due to extremely cold temperatures the furnace began to struggle so I called to have the part replaced. They replaced the condenser motor. Our furnace began to smell of burning plastic we called...a tech came out and said it was probably just the new part that was causing the smell. Two days after the part was replaced our furnace died in the middle of the night.They sent someone out and it was determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced.... This was done the next day. I believe they replaced the wrong part in the first place but they would not admit that. They were however gracious enough to take 10 whole dollars off my bill. Not impressed.
