I call up to 5 times a day, and I'm always told she's busy with a client. I have already paid for the tax service and even sent proof of payment. Now, in March, I was charged another $200 on my card for work covering these three months of 2026, but if they haven't even finished last year's taxes, how are they charging me again? I haven't even sent them my account statements for this year because their customer service is terrible, yet they are very good at charging. Last year was the same headache. My taxes were filed late last year, and it wasn't because I didn't send what was requested. I NEED my taxes!! The first year, when Mrs. Martha assisted us, everything was excellent.
