    I joined United Fitness about 2 1/2 years ago! Best decision I've ever made. It literally changed my life. I got fit and most importantly healthy. The staff there are amazing! You will become friends. If you are looking to change o Your life, United fitness is the place!! You won't regret it.

    I am so happy I found this gym! I started on a FREE 21 day trial, and have been met with support and encouragement from the team ever since. I've attended different boot camp gyms before, but the environment and culture at United is different. It's focused on helping people feel their best and have a healthy relationship with fitness. From my experience that's a rarity in this type of industry. It truly speaks to the character of the staff and their business model, they're genuine in their craft!     I absolutely love United Fitness before the move after the move, before Covid during covid!!!! Trainers are amazing. Everyday is a different workout, which for me makes it fun and exciting. I truly believe workouts are part of our overall health. PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY!!

    I absolutely LOVE this place! I started with the free 21 days, thinking I'd join and come maybe twice a week. I thought I'd be too tired to make it. Well... 100+ workouts later, and I'm loving it! I workout here 5x a week, sometimes 6. The coaches are great and so inspiring! What I love the most is the sense of community that I feel when I'm here. I've made some friends, lost lots of weight, and have way more energy. What are you waiting for? Don't think twice, come join us!

    I came here on a groupon deal, but most other people who come to this gym come on a weight loss challenge. That said, this gym mainly offers boot camp classes. Let me tell you, I have been to so many gym boot camps from Classpass and groupon. This workout is the fastest paced one I have been to. They also dont use too many weights so its pretty easy on the knees. This workout also involves cardio on the rower/staie machine / bike as well so it covers most aspects of a well rounded workout. The goal here seems to make you sweat hard and push yourself to new limits, rather than to specificaly tone or build muscle. Half of the gym is a ninja warrior obstacle course which is pretty fun to run around, but you dont see many people on it. Facility has a bathroom to change in, but no dedicated changing area. Towels available.

    Yesterday my wife successfully completed the "20LBS IN 6 WEEKS" challenge at United Fitness La Habra! Through hard work and dedication (and maybe a little bit of suffering lol ) she was successful in losing exactly 20lbs (162lbs to 142lbs) in the 6 weeks earning a full refund of the entry fee as promised by United Fitness! I will say to anyone reading this, this challenge is not for the faint of heart. It is very hard mentally and physically! Prepare yourself! You can do it! If you find yourself on a plateau with your weight loss then change up your diet or speak with a coach about what else you can do. Thank you to Josh, Andrew, and the rest of the coaches for all their hard work.

    Honestly hands down the best place I have been to workout! I have gone to other gyms and did not like them. Diversity in trainers and they are all awesome! Classes definitely make you sweat but you can go at your own pace, a very clean environment makes you feel super comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

    I lost 50 lbs in 2 years with the guidance of the kind folks at United Fitness. They take a personalized approach with every client. They push you beyond what you think you're capable of and show you how much stronger, more flexible, and stamina you actually have inside of you. I'm also not an outlier. If you follow the diet closely, exercise regularly, and sleep well consistently - your fat will be replaced with muscle. I've seen this with most of the people around me who go on a regular basis. It works if you're willing to do as they say. It's as simple as that! Start your body transformation today. Don't wait another minute.

    I hope you are smarter than me and read these reviews before signing the contract haha. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ First off - let me say this -- I was VERY scared because before i even started it - i forgot to check with my doctor - I have hypothyroidism and a lot of people were saying I was silly for even considering this because most people will work and work and be so confused on why they werent losing any weight.... nothing else was working for me - I went to the gym but never knew what to do - and i was scared of cross fit. So this was something new to try, with everything in my body and everyone around me saying NO -- i did it anyways (EEEKKKK)) I went to 5-6 workouts a week - threw out SO MUCH food to temp me. I am a mom of 2 so i just had to get used to making multiple meals a night (mac n cheese is my weakness haha) Became OBSESSED with weight loss videos on Youtube, tried special teas, etc. I fluctuated on the scale that it was certainly scary! Note: for woman this challenge is DEFINITELY harder because on that "time of the month" there is bloating and special cravings and you just dont want to get up to do ANYTHING -- the scale went UP a couple pounds for me.. JUST KEEP GOING!! **The Final Result** I did it! I completed the 6 week challenge! Lost 26 lbs.... its the BEST feeling, i still cant believe it!! The classes are a good size, you dont feel like you are fat and slow -- everyone is going the same pace. You get a heard rate monitor so you can see how many calories you lose. I aimed to lose between 500-600 calories every class and I made it. This is the only thing that has worked for me - it is a little far for me (i had to leave 1/2 hour before it started to make it there on time) or else i would stay. The trainers are super positive. Now, of course there were A COUPLE negatives that went along with this experience. 1,) I am a single Mom, so one of the things that had me sold on this was that the owner told me I would be able to bring my kids to the class and they can hang out in the back of it. I know some of the equipment is kinda hard and scary and there is a liability there but there is also a kinda "rope swing" and other jungle gym type things back there that they would have loved to keep playing on. I was told i could bring them, bottom line. When i came - i heard them tell someone else there was no kids allowed to come. As a Mom - its hard to even try to do this at all- i definitely wouldnt have, if that rule was there...and i would have known about it. 2.) This challenge advertises that you get an 'accountability coach" AND a "nutrition coach". The next day after i started the challenge, i texted the nutrition coach to ask if i could eat this nutrition bar that i had RIGHT IN FRONT of me.... i was expecting a fast answer. She didnt get back to me until 24 hours AFTER i sent that text saying "it doesnt fit with the diet, no." - at this point, it really didnt matter cause i didnt have it in front of me anyways - but why would it take that long? So for the remainder of the 6 weeks - i didnt text her again - i didnt have time for that - just did my own research on things. For these reasons they lose a star. Also - when coming here and looking at reviews half way through my challenge, i got scared because of how few there really is - which means, not many pass it....? :( Would I do this again you ask? No -- hell no. What I recommend it? YES!!! I would definitely recommend you try this at least once! If you start this and are looking at these reviews and need advice - please dont hesitate to PM me for advice - I am pretty obsessed with fitness and nutrition at this point hahaha Thanks United Fitness for changing my life!!! :)

The fitness classes with Coach Stephen are tough, in the best way. They provide a full-body workout every time, and he's extremely knowledgeable, always willing to tailor workouts to your individual needs and goals. I truly love coming here. The coaches are experienced, supportive, and work with you whether you're a complete beginner like me or more advanced. I'm enjoying the challenge and really pushing myself. We came up with a low carb diet regime and he had great tips to give. Without diet, your body will become more toned and lean. With diet, expect to lose weight in addition to becoming toned. If you're reading OTF reviews you're probably considering joining…read moreand contemplating various fitness formats/gyms etc. You've probably viewed some YouTube videos on how the classes work but essentially at this location you have the following formats - 2G, 3G, Tread 50, Strength 50, and I believe like a lot of OTFs trialing Hyrox format. How it works is you sign up for class on their app. Show up. Eat a bunch of free mints. select a station # on the treadmill or rower (2G) or treadmill or rower or weight floor (3G). If you're in a 2G class you're on treadmill for 23 minutes and weights 23 minutes. If you're in a 3G class you're on treadmill for 14 mins, rower 14 mins, and weights 14 mins. Tread 50 you're on the treadmill whole class (approx 40 mins) Strength 50 you're on the weight floor (approx 40 mins) the whole class. The coaches are there to direct the flow and keep you motivated throughout. Everything is tailored to your abilities and injuries. You can walk, jog, run, haul ass on the treadmills. It is a workout for all ages and abilities. Everyone is kind and welcoming from the members to the coaches. I think the most difficult thing will be taking the first step to give it a shot and then to come back. But if you're reading this then you've made the first step in wanting to change some aspect of your life. Now what you need to do is take the free intro class to get a sense of the place. But 1 class is unlikely to give you the full picture of what OTF can become for you. You need to come back and take those baby steps towards changing your habits. It's never easy starting a new thing. But you need to just show up. Even if you just walk on the treadmills or row casually or do body weight training - just show up. Commit to it. Give it a month before you decide. That's the hardest part. Stop making excuses or pushing it off. You have 1 body and 1 life to live so make it the best life. Ignore the naysayers the negativity and take a step towards change. Don't live with regrets and don't let life pass you by.
