He…read morewas super responsive and even though there were some challenges (drove to the middle of nowhere New Jersey to drop my car) it was a reasonable price compared to others. Issues were threefold: - Eric basically represented and used a facility that does its own direct auto transport. When questioned (because they were cheaper) he highlighted his business as better due to a number of factors. None of these ended up coming to fruition. - the Rando he got to transport my car was horrible. Lack of communication or updates. Ended up delivering the car two or three days later than promised (meaning I missed being able to inspect the car). And throughout the process was full of lies regarding arrival time and why he wasn't delivering on time. - car was damaged during transport but because I was out of town for 2 months after the fact and wasn't able to confirm and share this with Eric (because it was delivered late) I had no recourse for costs to fix the damage. - finally, In reviewing his end of year books, Eric got confused about a voided transaction (I had been charged twice initially and there was a void in his books). He assumed that it was me doing it due to my dissatisfaction and charged my credit card again without confirming the issue with me. He left messages while I was in a meeting and then charged my card without confirming. When I called, he apologized for his angry action but for someone who highlights professionalism amongst his traits, I feel this was way out of line. I was going to just leave things as is and not write a review and leave things as they were in August but given the action he took today I felt compelled to warn others.

The pickup window was 11am to 3pm. I called Limited Edition Towing and Transport LLC at 12:30 pm to try and get an estimate of their arrival time. The dispatcher at Limited Edition Towing and Transport LLC told me they were very busy and someone would contact me 30-40 minutes before arrival. I called back at 2:30pm, keep in mind I'm with my children, to ask the dispatcher at Limited Edition Towing and Transport LLC what time they would be arriving. The dispatcher told me he had already spoke to me and they were very busy. I reminded him that I had an 11am-3pm window. He hung up on me and then proceeded to change my window to 3pm-8pm so he's company wouldn't be held liable. I called back and he said I was being an "a-hole." I called Peddle twice before someone finally arrived at 4:30pm. I would recommend going with a different company. This is the first review I ever wrote. I don't like to review. However, I felt that sellers and future customers should know and beware.

However, the thing I appreciated the most was Danny's frequent updates about the status of the car's journey in the middle of a snowstorm. The car was delivered on the 10th day (would've been 6 days had it not been for the blizzard) safely. I only had to deal with Danny who promptly sent an invoice for my records and no cash payment was necessary to the driver (unlike most other movers). What else can I say?
