I scheduled an appointment for a gel manicure and, upon arrival, was informed that they were running about 20 minutes behind schedule. While inconvenient, I understand that delays happen and did not have an issue with that. My concern is with the quality of the service itself. I was charged $60 for a gel manicure with chrome, which was significantly more expensive than I was accustomed to paying here. Unfortunately, the results did not reflect that price point. The chrome effect is barely visible and simply looks like a standard shiny top coat. My cuticles were minimally attended to, leaving the manicure looking unfinished and uneven. Additionally, several nails are lumpy and inconsistent in appearance. Most disappointing of all, the polish on my thumb began peeling less than 24 hours after the appointment. For a gel manicure at this price, I expected much better quality and longevity. As a long-time customer who has had many positive experiences here over the years, it is especially disheartening to leave such a review.
