When my credit did not show up…read moreat my pump, he INSISTED that I had said pump #1 which he had credited and another driver had filled up and drove off on my dollar. The attendant bullied me insisting it was my mistake until after 10 minutes of bullying me he called the owner saying, " Some lady is saying she told me the wrong pump"... asked the owner to pull up the video recording and FINALLY HEARD that he had been wrong. With a very weak apology after ALL of that arguing and harassment, he admitted, "I guess I was wrong and the owner told him to credit my pump for what I had paid for. BE SURE YOU ARE PAYING ATTENTION. He could have readily and politely offered to have the video accessed rather than bullying me and hoping I just go away.
