Though they said they will take care of this I would not use their car wash, a panel came off of their "touch less" car wash and was dragged along the side of my car then it flew off on the car in the dry cycle, we'll see if they really intend to pay for all of the damage that their car wash done to my car. read more

This is one of the gas stations I fill up at but not the cheapest it's mostly conveinent for me on my way home from work. Good amount of pumps but it can get busy and trying to enter in from Western Ave can be tricky cause of the busy street at times occasional people honking at you cause your sticking out of the driveway while waiting in line when it's crowded. Anyways this one is my number two fill up station cause of the price and it also doesn't reduce the price when using the 76 card like the one on Hawthorne and Torrance Blvd. and the one on Crenshaw and Sepulveda where you get the reduced price when using your 76 card. read more

I like how they have friendly stuff and convenient location, easy access, and carwash ! Everything you need from gas station is provided here ! She informed me that there was a problem with the car wash machine the day I got it. I went after work today. Definitely a huge difference today. Always get my gas here because it is good quality and cheap. I usually purchase the car wash too but after today, I'm no longer going to do that. See picture attach below. I paid for the deluxe wash. My car didn't even looked like it was wash. Was going to say something but there was a long line for the window and I had to get on the freeway before traffic hits. Union 76 gas seems to be a decent quality of gas that comes cheaper than the top tier stuff in the area and this one usually is the lower priced of the area. The BS of a 10 cent off with purchase of a car wash is annoying as hell. Speaking of the car wash... I would not use it. I have a black vehicle. After I used the drive thru wash I noticed a very bad film like cover on my paint... like it didn't get enough rinse water, or the soap concentrate was too strong. This happened twice and after each visit it required completely waxing my vehicle to get the shine back. Ill gas up, but pass on the wash. None of the employees in the booth graduated from charm school, so don't expect quality customer service (least of all a smile or sincere thank you). read more

They have horrible staff their car wash didn't dry our car at all it ended up all wet and when we asked them to please turn on the dryer they refused to and we asked after for a refund and they totally denied themselves. This is on ok gas station. Prices are decent, nothing is usually broken or grody. The employees are pretty much unsociable, so don't expect much from them. Pretty safe area even super late at night. From here you can see if the Happy Cup Ramen truck is making its late night stop by the Toyota dealer down the street ;) (Soap Box Venting: I'm offended by the car wash and non car wash price these days from all of these gas stations, and this is no exception. What a crock of BS when they give you a cheaper than market price for the gas, but then you have to buy a car wash, so you really aren't saving any money.) Overall though, the car wash here is pretty good. It doesn't really touch your car, and it does a pretty decent job. Good for touch up washing between real washings =D Expect to wait for up to 20-30 minutes if there is a line - usually there are a lot of people getting washes during the morning and afternoon. They have diesel so that's a great thing if you have the need for that. Apparently they have some kind of good pricing for cigarettes because I see a boatload of people stopping here just for cigarettes and nothing else. I have no idea since I don't smoke. Why the hell do people smoke anyways????? ugh that's some bad stuff man, y'all should quit and save yourself some money while you are at it! I don't know if they have any food or snacks since I use the cc swipe thing at the pump and never go to the window. Watch out if you have a problem with your car wash ticket or it doesn't work, the jerks in the window won't believe you and you will have to argue a LOT to get a refund or replacement. 2.5 stars. Competitive gas prices (I guess that depends on the market price) and a car wash caught my attention as I was in need of both fuel and a wash. On that day, the standard price per gallon for regular gasoline was something like $3.79, or $3.69 with purchase of a car wash. However, there was some malfunction with the gas pump so it did not give me the lower per gallon price that would come with the car wash. Basically, the computer didn't give the car wash option and rang me up the regular price. I ended up paying for the car wash separately. The car wash is brushless/no-touch, so basically lots of high-pressure sprayers going back and forth, all automated,. Some folks prefer brushless/no-touch to car wash tunnels with brushes or "mops", but I wonder if the sprayers are any gentler on existing wax and/or the paint's clearcoat finish. (Think of a high-pressure deck cleaner or paint stripper. Ouch!) A deluxe wash ran just short of 6 minutes. The blowers do a mediocre job of drying, so best to carry some rags to finish it off by hand. Verdict: great if the gas pumps could give the carwash option and actually charge the discounted per gallon price. Car wash, while not ideal, is nice to have as an option. Somewhere between "A-OK" and "Meh. I've experienced better", with a slight inclination to the latter. read more

The car wash here is the worst I have used. The wheel wash and hubscrub did not operate. The machine mostly sprayed soap and water. The employees did not refill the clear coat or triple polish. Something was missing when I drove in for a car wash. It was too quick like I just paid an upgrade for a basic wash. What the heck?! Not planning to go here again in the future unless they hire more competent people. read more

Do not waste your time or money pumping gas/getting washed here as the 'discount' is worthless when your garden hose can literally do a better job than this joke of a car wash (see my photos of AFTER my wash!) . Plus there are NO refunds, so you are just left with a second worthless replacement wash that never expires haha! I will be calling the 1800 number to fix their machinery or provide me a refund. $10 for nothing is problematic on principle. read more

I rarely come to this gas station because I rarely find myself in this area. Today I stopped by because it was on my way home. The prices here were about average compared to the other stations. There were plenty available spaces at the refuel stations.The place looked clean, free of debris, and the water at the window squeegee station was fairly new. I had no problems with my visit today. I used to get my gas here because of how conveniently close it is to my house and their prices were lower than Chevron's (Chevron has always been better IMHO) down the street. However, what kills this gas station for me is that the place is always surrounded with crackheads and crazy people in general--especially at night so beware of that if you MUST stop here. The employees always seem unhappy and don't have great customer service skills. I mean they work at a gas station so who could blame them but if you work somewhere, you might as well make the best of it. I always come to this carwash and get the Works because it would leave my car looking shine and clean but not this time. Free spot BS. It left my car full of water spots everywhere. Purchased gas with car wash on 5/2. The car wash code 21640 expires 6/2. Today is 6/2. Came here to wash, but machine says CODE INVALID, went window asked clerk (Jamie) what is happening? He first "it is expired" I explained that receipt clearly states expires on 06/01/2015! He then said "I can not do anything only manager can, come tomorrow" ???? WTH???
