First let me say I've been coming here for around 6 years. I moved out of Torrance and still went out of my way to come back because the team has always provided good service. But today I noticed they got the headliner dirty when washing my car. No worries, accidents happen. I turned around within 10 minutes, and when I arrived back they refused to take responsibility. They tried to pin it on me saying I must have gone to a mechanic recently (in my Tesla?). They wanted me to pay more money to them to clean it out. The employee then tried to guilt me by saying I'll pay out of my own pocket for them to clean it for you. As a customer for so many years who has never once given them trouble, I was saddened by their reaction. I may not be driving out of my way to visit here any longer. read more

I got a carwash from this place July 5, 2025. I was very disappointed for the $45 carwash I paid. I did not get the service I wanted for $45. This place sells themselves as a detailing place, but they will do a shoddy job on a carwash to sell their detail service. One thing that irked me was I see ALL car keys being left sitting on the hood of the car, in direct sun. Yesturday was 78 degrees, all this week, weather is in high 80s. Anyone knows ANY electronics left in the SUN for a period of time, even 5min will diminish the battery life of key, or worst depending on long the key is left in direct sun. At current times, A regular carwash will cost $30 to get the car clean, includes tire dressing and basic trims. This place did such a poor job that at close inspection, it's very visible on the trims, where they used car trim solution, and where they did not. There are water spots that were visible. Before I left the carwash, I already brought this to the attention of the attendant. I was dismissed and told in order for those water spots to be removed, I would need car detailing. Detailing that can cost up to $200. I drive a 2019 Toyota Corolla, in good exterior condition. I know what a clean car is suppose to look like when I have done my own cleaning in the past. I brought to the car manager my concerns July 6, 2025, the manager belittled me-making it seem as if I don't know what I am talking about when it comes to detailing expectations vs carwash expectations or that I don't wash my car enough to know, or that I was trying to get more for my money that the $45 carwash that was due to me, instead of addressing my concerns. Worst part, the manager actually minimized my concerns, because they have washed Teslas, and Mercedes. At the end of that, encounter, I was yelling and calling the manager a CHEAT. SAVE YOUR MONEY - this place is not worth it for the aggravation it will cause you. If the carwash is already a 1 star rating, you can imagine what this group knows about a proper detailing of a car. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been coming to this place to get my car wash for about 4 years now and it's safe to say I will never be coming back. Terrible experience today as it seemed like they only just washed my car with soap and water did not even attempt to scrub at all. Left so many water marks not to mention they did not even clean my car at all. Brought this to the attention of a "manager" who might I add has been harrassing me and won't quit trying to upcharge me the past 3 times I have brought my car in. All he had to say was that this is their final product and what they are happy to send me on my way with. Was not trying to make the situation any better for a customer that he himself acknowledged has been a loyal one for years now. Makes sense as to why their business has slowed down, raised prices, and consistently rotated new faces over these past few years. I just finished my second wash here. My first wash was around $25, but I think it was a slower day that particular day. This time, it was far hotter outside and they had a bit of a line. They charged $30 for the same job. That doesn't really bother me at all... it's a $5 difference. My first wash was immaculate. They even asked if I wanted Armor-All inside. This time... it was cool.. all except for my back windshield...which looks horrendous. It looks as if the guy working on it missed thoroughly wiping it and making sure it didn't dry streaked. I guess mistakes happen... and like I was saying, this was a hot day. Probably one of the hottest we've had this season. I'll definitely be back because I've been looking for another spot since they closed my regular spot down for rebuild. And it doesn't hurt that these guys are cool, no nonsense & straight up. I really like coming here bc it's really 100% hand car wash.. they are fast efficient and the price is 25 bucks. Although I do recommend coming during the week when they aren't busy. The also offer a stamp card for every visit. read more

Read the one star reviews, before going there, those people aren't lying. Went there today 2/2/26 to get a simple $35 car wash. I paid for a full hand wash and left very disappointed. The exterior had visible scratches on the back trunk door, around the wheel wells, dirt was visible as if it was barely touched. The interior was rushed:, the drivers side and mat remained dirty as well as on the center console, crumbs were left between the seats, and the mats were barely vacuumed. For the price they charge, I expect basic attention to detail, but they missed obvious spots and did not offer to fix anything when I pointed it out. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a thorough hand car wash." Mind you this car is brand new and I park it in the garage. So imagine my surprise when I saw a couple of scratches on the back trunk. I was told that the scratches were already there?! When I protested they refused to take responsibility. First of all, I just got a brand new car (2 weeks old) and this was my first car wash since getting the car. I was hoping they would keep it pristine but they didn't do anything!! The wash and vacuum, mediocre. There's still big chunks of grass on my floor. Please see my photos. As far as cleaning the inside, I had to ask the guy to clean my screen! Great job, super detailed and my car had no dog smell because they cleaned it so well. Amazing work. So clean inside and out. It wasn't a long wait, and it was rather quick. I've gone here a few times with my new car for the hand wash. Here is a little secret though... I have witnessed them using a soft bristle looking brush to get the roof and the hood of some vehicles. While not exactly my idea of hand washing there, they do a very good job and each time I have gone I have paid less than what was advertised on the price menu by a few bucks. I would say my average wait has been 20-30 minutes but again, they do a good job so I won't complain about the time spent to make my ride look great. The indoor waiting room has a limited amount of grocery items that are pretty well priced. Nothing that will save you from a trip to El Super or Ralph's but while your waiting, take a look! This place used to be alright but it's really gone downhill. I tried coming last week and I sat at the entrance for over 5 mins and no one came to greet me/take my car. I left. Today I came and was greeted immediately but after I got in my car I saw that they barely touched the inside. This may sound funny but I like this place because they don't steal my change that I keep in my car. Mainly dimes and nickels with a bunch of pennies. They also do deep cleaning on the car seats. It was $20 additional for the front two seats that were barely dirty just a few stains. The price depends on how dirty they are. They do a pretty decent job on the cleaning. They don't usually don't clean small compartments inside your car unless they are free of your items/clutter/mess. Usually pay around $14 plus tip. Don't forget to tip!!!! read more

I showed up to get my car washed and I simply asked if prices went up recently and the guy writing the tickets said it's nothing and that I should pay the $100 to clean my car (I have a very small sports car that was t that dirty just needed basic standard cleaning) and when I said I wasn't interested and I just wanted a basic wash he caught an attitude and said I can go somewhere else. This used to be my "go to " car wash before covid. They did a terrible job in cleaning. The basic dusting the car they didn't do it right, my dash, screen are dirty (same complaint as previous yelper). When i asked them to fix it, they wouldn't. When i asked to clean the doors to remove crumbs they indicated it's only get done with car detailing. That's normally part of regular car wash. The guy was very rude & sarcastic as well. Love this place! I should come here more often, but I'm lazy lol. This place is affordable-- going for about $14 for a basic carwash. The employees are super friendly and go above and beyond. One of my car pockets had some sticky goo on it and i didn't expect them to really try to get in there. But the guy who took care of my car told me he got it all out! It does take a while but I think the service quality and the price is worth it. It gets pretty packed on the weekends so I would recommend coming in M-Th as the price is a bit cheaper as well. read more

First time trying this car wash and it was ok. They hand washed my car and I noticed that they missed some areas. First of all u need to go in through the alley in order to get in line to get ur car washed.The person who was the greeter or taking note of what car wash u wanted wasn't very friendly. I had to ask if I had to wait in my car or would someone one move it. I sat in my car for 10min and I asked her again if I was driving my car in. Then said no someone will move it. I made sure to remove my car seat from car bc I wanted the seats to get vacuum. They however didn't vacuum the back. The person who was in charge of drying the car was sweet and vacuum the back. Took my Jaguar to wash the bottom part of the engine. Spoke to the manager three times before taking it in, he assured me he knew what he was doing. Long story short. They water pressure the engine from the top WIThout covering the air intakes or any electrical components. Water got in and car stopped running after a mile. We opened the right air intake and sure enough water was there. Car set for a week at the Mecanic shop. And to top it off once I towed to the mechanic we found out they did not even clean the bottom engine properly. it cost me total 300$ so far plus the 60$ I gave them to cause the damage. read more
