The past few times I've visited, several of the amenities included with the car wash have not been working properly, yet the prices have stayed the same. The air guns have been unavailable on multiple visits, and during my most recent wash, my front windshield was not dried at all after going through the tunnel. After parking to vacuum my car, I tried two different vacuums on each side of the vehicle and both had very weak suction. I've also noticed that when vehicles are especially dirty, there is no pre-rinse or hose-down before entering the wash, which makes it difficult for the wash to fully clean the car. For the price being charged, I expected all advertised amenities and equipment to be functioning properly and the overall quality of the wash to be more consistent. read more

I took my car there and it scratch paint . I will never go there again . After I brought it to their attention the guy which I forgot his name was very rude . Not only did it scratch my new car the vacuum didn't work in 3 different parking spots that I tried. I will cancel my subscription and never go there again. Horrible customer service! Do not take your vehicle to this place unless you want scratches on your paint. High price and wash doesn't clean your car! I was staying in the area and in need of a car wash so decided to give this spot a try. I always set my expectations super low with these places because your car usually comes out soaking wet with a ton of spots everywhere and only 50% clean, but I have to say, Fast5Xpress is actually pretty solid at washing cars! It's easy to pay, fast to get through, it cleans, and it drys. Very minimal work for me at the end, and all for a reasonable price. One of the best drive-thru car washes around. read more

It's a self-service car wash and fairly reasonable prices. You select your wash, drive up and put it in neutral. They have helpers there to make sure you're lined up which is nice. It's not touch free. Your car gets hammered by the wash. I've never seen so many brushes in a wash. We don't have antennas but I might worry if we did. I know my side mirror got knocked back by pressure. On the upside, no damage and it certainly was clean. There are a ton of dryers at the end and they do a decent job getting everything dry. After the wash, you have a wide selection of vacuums to clean the interior yourself. I went Sunday at 730 am and there was already a line. I'd expect this place gets packed during daytime hours. It's located in the same lot as Walmart. They have club memberships with unlimited washes and a dedicated line for members. Great place. read more

Hi Fast-wherever, Around 4 or 5 weeks ago I went to this cheap carwash in Torrance, THEIR MACHINES STOP , THE CARS HIT EACH OTHER IN THE TUNNEL WASH, my car get scratches on the back bumper everywhere, at that time the Manager in turn (lady) took pictures my license plate and they will make a report and told me they will call me. Until now I have not received phone call , I comeback to ask , the manager in turn today, MOISES X , told me that they are not responsible. He didn't bother to check the "report list" , took the license plate and find out what happened , only from his fat mouth said "we are not going to pay", for customer side terrible experience more than scratches to have Manager with no sense of empathy or not clarity to find solutions. read more

I went 2 different days with 2 cars and 2 coupons and both times I didn't receive a Platinum wash. Instead, got a Gold Wash for $10 and Silver wash for $10, not half off my next "Platinum" as advertised, plus you don't even get a receipt with the 1/2 wash so there is no way to contest it. read more

Best drive through car wash I've ever been to! The car wash has different tiers: Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze. I ended up doing the Silver tier, which is $11 and includes wash & rinse, sealant, wax, conditioner, an extra tire cleaning, and free vacuums at the end of the wash. Service is great and they give disposable wet napkins to wipe the inside of the car which is super helpful. At the end of the car wash, there are free vacuums that could be used for unlimited amount of time. The vacuums have great suction and are long enough to reach all crevices of the car. read more

Im giving one star for the facility and ease of this drive thru car wash. And Im giving a second star for the customer service and employees. But please see my attached photos. I take an older family car here for regular basic washes, but the soap and/ or chemicals are really damaging to the paint. My car is now covered in streaks where either the paint was stripped or stained by chemicals in the wash. Its more obvious with an older car's paint but I think this is still damaging to newer cars. This carwash is a little further drive just for washing dirt but getting damage. So I'll be canceling my membership. read more

Stop by today by happenstance to get a wash. Can't say it was the best wash for what I paid but it did the job. It was but weird that an employee had to come out and take my card so I can pay for my wash but he was friendly. I did notice that the material used to wash cars seemed kinda dirty. I had a free car wash to redeem, but her employee failed to give me the promotional receipt I needed to return. When I came back, she tried to "prove" I got it using security footage--but the footage clearly shows you can't see anything because the door blocks the view. Despite this, she doubled down, arguing with me as if her word alone was enough to rewrite reality. Let's be clear: I don't keep random receipts, so the fact that I kept this one specifically should have been proof enough. Instead of owning up to her staff's mistake and fixing it, she chose to argue like a stubborn teenager, making the whole experience hostile and unpleasant. If this is how they treat paying customers, it's no wonder places like this lose business.
