I wanted to give these guys a shout out though, not because they would appreciate it or even care but to help anyone else looking to rent come to a quicker decision. My neighbor and I decided to go in half on a lawn aerator rental. We had looked at the local big box hardware stores and when one of them letting us down by not having what they said they did in stock, we went a different route. These guys are fairly busy on the weekend as the locals seem to know where to go. The price was half of what the hardware stores were charging. They were polite and professional, and down to business. Total time spent picking up and dropping off was about 20 minutes. I will definitely go here anytime I need to rent equipment.

I called before I came to check availability and Darrell was very knowledgeable and provided me with all the information I needed to select the correct equipment. After my arrival to the store it literally took about 10 minutes to get to the point where my equipment was ready to drive off. Lastly, I returned the trailer only to find that a pin was missing. Not only did Darrell not charge me. He allowed me to go home and see if I could find it, I did not, I called back, and Darrell said that I didn't have to worry about it. He didn't charge me. It's little things like that that make the big difference for me. You could go to other places, but I guarantee it wouldn't be this convenient and I guarantee you're not gonna meet another Darrell..

I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. Once he understood what my situation was. Advised me to bring it there if possible, and they would assist me with straightening out the situation. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.

The equipment they had was in good order, I rented a tiller and it worked great. It's a much easier rental process than going through Home Depot, as they are better staffed and will help you load and unload the equipment. I recommend Bunce if you need to rent equipment for yard work or landscaping.
