From the lack of reviews for this place I am guessing most of the people that rent here are not on Yelp. I wanted to give these guys a shout out though, not because they would appreciate it or even care but to help anyone else looking to rent come to a quicker decision. My neighbor and I decided to go in half on a lawn aerator rental. We had looked at the local big box hardware stores and when one of them letting us down by not having what they said they did in stock, we went a different route. These guys are fairly busy on the weekend as the locals seem to know where to go. The price was half of what the hardware stores were charging. They were polite and professional, and down to business. Total time spent picking up and dropping off was about 20 minutes. I will definitely go here anytime I need to rent equipment. read more

I priced out a pressure washer and driveway scrubber and compared it to Home Depot. 410 Rental had better pricing so I wanted to support the local yocals. Dan was the service person and provided solid, straight forward attention. Without asking, he made sure I understood the tips and safety precautions before I left the lot. They did the heavy lifting and loading into my vehicle. Their arsenal of rental equipment was impressive to say the least. Will be returning my business and recommending to neighbors. read more

This place only rents buy race. I had my father go rent a nail air gun after the fact my husband called to see if they had one we needed and said yes all you need is to buy your own nails. Once my father got there and they saw him they said sorry can't help you & he said well my son in-law just called and you said yeah $25.00 for the day you just need to buy your own nails. And once again the guy said sorry can't help you. So if you aren't pale don't bother. I wouldn't give a cent to a guy that is race's!!! read more

I rented a jack hammer last weekend and when I brought it back, they charged me an additional fee for the bit. They never said anything about the damaged bit and just put it on the invoice. read more

Do my lawn (Thatching, Air-ratting, and overseeding) every year, and rent from here, as well as a power washer. They are knowledgeable and more helpful then home depot down the street. When overseeding, machine, broke last year and although they were a little skeptical on whether it was user error, they allowed me to return it without a problem read more

We had a very bad experience with 410 Rentals in Buckley. Rented a wood-chipper that had a broken part. We wasted half a day transporting it back and forth to their store... We had hired a work crew, that we had to pay for the day even though we had no equipment for them to use. So it was very costly time and money, with no result. The owner was very rude and uncooperative. He grudgingly released us from the 2nd half of the days rental, but said we aren't allowed to rent from him ever again. Then a week later we went to rent a different piece of equipment from Cal-Rents in Enumclaw and discovered that 410 was in cahoots and we were banished there too! What we learned from the whole ordeal is that Home Depot is priced much more reasonably, has decent equipment rentals, and better hours of operation. Plus you can pick-up odds & ends for your project while getting your equipment rental. We believe in supporting the local merchants, but for equipment rentals we will go with the big-box stores from now on. read more

worst rental place ever! they act very annoyed just asking them questions, ends up costing way way more than they quote you, they don't tell you about the "extra" charges. Very rude and unprofessional. We will never use them again! We will go to bocat rentals in bonney lake or Cal Rents in Enumclaw for all other future rentals. Even if I had to purchase the equipment myself I would never rent from this place again! read more

Very professional, friendly staff! My husband and I recently rented a Kubota tractor here. The staff was very knowledgeable about the type of tractor we needed for the job we had to do. It was delivered the next day on time. The driver gave us good info on how to operate the tractor. It worked great. Got the job done quickly. They were out the next day to pick it up. We would definitely rent from them again if we needed to do another big project. read more

Sorry to hear the other negative reviews, but we've had only good experiences with 410 Rental. Have rented a small backhoe, wood chipper, and other odds and ends over the years with no problems. They've been very good about taking the time to explain and demonstrate the equipment and proper usage. read more

I rented a Hot Tub trailer from 410rentals--they were the only company I found that rented a specific trailer for a Hot Tub. The service overall from the employees was fine. The rental and the help attaching the trailer was awesome. Unfortunately, when I arrived to my destination to pick up the Hot Tub my friend noticed the tire was missing tread. 410rentals claims they are not responsible for tires if they were to be damaged or blown out. I was worried because I wondered if I had caused this tire to be damaged in such a short drive from the shop to my pick up location. I loaded the Hot Tub onto the trailer anyway and drove the trailer to the nearest Les Schwab where I had the tire fixed. I asked Les Schwab for their opinion on the tire, and the tire mechanic told me that the tire had been in this position for a while. I paid for the tire to be fixed. Upon my return I took the tire in with my receipt to show the owner. He automatically accused me of being negligent and irresponsible. Without hesitation from the owner I was overall responsible because of his accusation. I simply asked if there was any way that the tire may have been an oversight from his shop. He told me absolutely NO. The owner insisted that his shop looks over all of their equipment upon arrival, which was interesting because I had just witnessed them taking the trailer off of my truck and not one employee even checked the trailer for damage or tires. They just simply rolled the trailer back on line without cleaning it, or servicing it for the next rental. The owner then told me that the only way this tire would end up like this was me hitting something with my heavy load on the trailer. Interesting enough, I didn't even have a load on the trailer when I noticed the tire missing the tread; furthermore, I have about six people who can attest to this because it takes about this many people to move a hot tub, and Les Schwab who can attest to the tire being in this condition for a while. I was willing to pay the rental because I did use the trailer. I am aware of replacing tires due to blow outs. However, I do not feel I should be responsible for a tire if I am already being set up for failure, and in this case I believe I was set up for failure. I was doomed the minute I drove off the lot and headed south with a hot tub. The problem I had was the loss of composure I had to endure from the owner. I was patient and calm, and simply asking for a refund on the tire. I did not appreciate the attitude, accusation, or my credit card being flung at me because he reimbursed the rental. If the owner loses his composure over this, then he may want to find another line of business. My recommendation for anyone who rents from 410rentals is to make sure your equipment works and is fully safe. I would have them roll the trailer around the lot, turn equipment on, and take pictures of all possible problems on the equipment. Do not leave without them knowing your concerns. Or find a more reputable rental place that gurantees their product. read more
