Air Anderson is great! In the January cold snap our furnace…read morewent out. Yikes. We called Dana's Heating and Cooling as they had installed our furnace and serviced it over the years. I was told they could send a service guy in SEVEN DAYS!! We had no heat and even with that information she was unmoved. I then called Air Anderson. They were able to send Mark to our rescue. He came that same morning and was able to do a temporary fix so we could have heat. Once the cold snap was over Air Anderson sent Jose to do a permanent fix. He was able to reroute a PVC pipe so that very few inches of the pipe were exposed to the outside (thus subject to freezing). When Dana's did the original install there was many feet of exposed pipe which did freeze and caused the furnace to fail. I am so glad that we are now using Air Anderson for our heating and air conditioning needs. Lois F. Port Orchard, WA

They kept it 2 weeks and charged me $83. Got it home wouldn't start. Returned it and was told by the repair person that it was just fine and then proceeded to ridicule me as if I didn't know anything. Told me it was fixed. Took home, and it wouldn't run. Returned it, kept it another two days and called to tell me it was working. Got it home, and wouldn't run. Will never go back there and would recommend that no one else do so as well.very dissatisfied.

Super friendly and engaging customer support. The folks at work here really do seem to care. Another thing I love are the random cool things that you can purchase, like gift cards, and various trinkets. That they have those things has helped me grab some last-minute birthday and other holiday items for friends when I would have completely forgotten the special day. It is a nice neighborhood hardware store that serves its basic purpose and much more.

At the onset of the pandemic, Henery's took charge and implemented numerous measures and protocols to keep patrons and staff as safe as possible. As of this date, May 18, 2020, however, things have deteriorated greatly. 1 of 5 employees I encountered wore a mask. 1 of 5 wore gloves. 2 passed within six inches of me in order to stock shelves on the same aisle I was on, neither wearing masks. Following the example, 2 of ten customers wore masks and also made numerous attempts to get less than 6 feet from me. There are no requirements for employees nor customers to wear a simple mask. Here's the thing. The measures we've used state wide and been enormously successful in reducing the spread of Covid 19. So much so, my wife and I thought it relatively safe to continue to shop in places like Henery's. Fact is, we have a 19 year old quadriplegic at home with 23% lung capacity. If he gets this disease, he dies. Full stop. As a result, we rely on the mutual concern and professionalism of establishments like Henery's to help maintain that level of safety. Henery's isn't doing that anymore, despite the lack of a vaccine and dire warnings from the CDC and epidemiologists globally. We cannot take the risk of killing our kid. So it is that today was my last trip into your store. Life will run a bit slower for us, as we order everything online and have it delivered, but seeing our son reach the age of 20 will make that well worthwhile.

He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. Due to construction delays, we put the selection of new flooring on hold. A few weeks later my contactor removed some of the existing LVP floor to do foundation work. When my contractor was then unable to reinstall the floor, we panicked since it was critical for the next stage of our remodel. I immediately reached out to Alexander at Emerald Installation. He was AMAZING! Alexander came over that same afternoon and reinstalled the flooring. It was beautiful, and just in time for the next stage of construction. But, I really wanted to deal with a local company, not some big outfit from across the water. Bill at Creative was great when I made my initial visit. He knows his stuff, took his time to explain everything, and followed up every question. I ended up picking a granite I never thought I would, but the price was right. It took couple of weeks for templating appointment, and then two weeks for the manufacture which they do on site with their giant machines. I really liked being able to review how my countertop pieces were being placed on the slabs I chose, and having the ability to tell the designer "please turn that one 90 degrees, to take advantage of that white area I want to see in the top right corner of the backsplash" etc., because they have photos of your slab they lay out on! The installation guys, that I ended up calling the "J crew" because all three of their names started with J, were extremely polite and professional. Yes, sadly we ran into couple of issues. Not with the extremely complicated pieces with 6 different angles that had to go into awkward places - those "weirdos" were all measured and fit perfectly. It was the rectangle backsplash piece that had an issue, and it was addressed on the spot, and resolved to my satisfaction within 2 days. Kudos to Creative to owning their mistake, owning it, and making it right. Overall, I would go with these guys again, and do recommend them. And no, they didn't ask me to write them a review.

They were extremely expensive yet performed unprofessionally. Two quartz pieces were miss cut, they gouged the side of an adjacent wood cabinet, and then retracted their offer to address inevitable chips because I missed their one-year window by a month. And the owner, Jason, whined about how hard it is to cut quartzite and said he wouldn't do any more quartzite work! Isn't that what they are supposed to be able to do well!? I redesigned the backsplash to save them from having to order a new slab of quartz, but they did have to recut the elevated area around the prep sink, as their first attempt was ludicrous. Unless you have no budgetary constraints, all the time in the world and the patience of a saint, go elsewhere.
