This store is garbage and should not be shopped at. So much for living in America home of the brave land of the FREE! A few months ago I went there to look for a post hole digger. Right away I noticed a sign advising the customers to be more kind to their employees. Employees are supposed to be trained on how to deal with difficult people. A second sign informed that they no longer accept cash, period. I asked them why. Their answers were; 1). we don't want to get robbed and 2). cash changes hands too many times and who knows what is transmitted along with the cash from person to person. Personally, my immune system has always protected me from that scenario. That's fine I guess if that's their reasoning. I see no reason for me to ever have to go there again. Ace Hardware in not too far away from them and I've always gotten great service and a 10% Military discount there.

When ever I have a need for "That" part and have given the big box stores and other local hardware stores the chance to keep up with Scott, they have failed me. If you really need that special "Thing", they are the place to go. Don't waste your time going to any other place. I feel like family with them.
