A few months ago I went there to look for a post hole digger. Right away I noticed a sign advising the customers to be more kind to their employees. Employees are supposed to be trained on how to deal with difficult people. A second sign informed that they no longer accept cash, period. I asked them why. Their answers were; 1). we don't want to get robbed and 2). cash changes hands too many times and who knows what is transmitted along with the cash from person to person. Personally, my immune system has always protected me from that scenario. That's fine I guess if that's their reasoning. I see no reason for me to ever have to go there again. Ace Hardware in not too far away from them and I've always gotten great service and a 10% Military discount there.

Since the trailer had lost its paper pm on Lowe's stickers they were informed of the trailers location and they had it picked up and taken to their East Bremerton store. After a ton of phone tag with police I finally was informed of this . When I went to Lowe's they said I needed proof of ownership , I said all they had to do was look up the VIN and see it was sold but they stipulated I needed proof. I waited another 6 weeks for title to show up and took it into store and they claimed they weren't in possession of the trailer and had no idea what I was talking about, I received the police report and showed them and they still denied any involvement and then I requested all of my email history from outlook to show them the string of emails regarding our interactions and theghosted. That was $1700 dollars and countless hours of my time they stole from me and apparently sold the trailer again after switching vin and sku with a damaged trailer. Absolutely derailed my business and my family's personal security. And smiled at me the whole time.
