I asked the lady at the front desk for help and she told me to walk around and get it. I couldn't get anyone to help me so I went back to her. She said they didn't have time to walk around with people and answer questions. I am shocked and so disappointed because they do have beautiful stuff that is high quality.

My husband discovered the ReUSe Warehouse accidentally. He was going to the regular recycle drop off place and turned in too early. We pulled in and there are guys working there that told us where to back up to. They then came over and helped pull our cardboard and put it in the bin. Offloading all of that stuff is a HUGE help when you come with a lot. I am not sure how the whole ReUse of the stuff occurs but I hope it gets put to good use.

The tile that was delivered is so wavy that it catches your foot. I complained repeatedly, the store asked me to bring back samples to show the defect. I went and gave them tiles three times. They claimed to loose it each time. The manager (Brian) promised to send the company rep to check on the tile but never did it. Watch out for these dishonest people. Do not purchase from them.
