I found out after I purchased over 20 boxes already. I was concerned about the rental boxes fitting in my car but they came and put them in my car for me. They were patient and very friendly with my multiple questions. Moving can be a headache but the staff made my frustrated time a breeze. I only rented five at 20 bucks for two weeks. It's cheaper if you are getting them last minute. I didn't want to rush my packing.

So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. When I arrived he understood that I was pressed for time we expedited the process pretty quickly. Took a quick look at the unit. Installed my lock. They uploaded my renters insurance quickly. I think the only problem I had was with the app. I had previously utilized public storage at another unit a year ago and the system would not allow me to use the previous account information and I had to create a new account completely. I give five stars to the attendants at the location. And two stars for the IT people that created an app that cannot be adjusted to fit someone with previous history.
