The ONLY car rental open on a Sunday with decent prices! Everywhere else requires a major credit card or is closed on the weekends. Carlos was THE BEST!!! We accidentally came 20 minutes after they closed on a Sunday but Carlos unlocked the doors and gave us our rental. He was so efficient, courteous, and helpful even though it was completely our fault. No one wants to stay late at work, especially on the weekend. Our rental was clean and well maintained. read more

Was able to rent a Volkswagen Jetta. It was comfortable and had good storage. The staff helped us get our rental and we had it for a couple of days. Best part was getting company discount The car gets good gas mileage and was a little sad to go back to our suv. There is limited parking and they open till 2pm Saturday's and Sunday's till 1pm. They also have courtesy drop off if live nearby. Watch you time on the receipt, cause they charge full rate if you do not turn in car on time. They carry some of the smaller cars if you really want to save on gas. read more

ASK FOR CARLOS! I love Carlos he's really the nicest man. I rented a car from him for almost 2 months and he's been nothing but accommodating. He's also the owner/operator there so you would rather deal with him anyways since he calls the shots. Like other people said, the person you deal with really makes a difference in your experience. This review is SOLEY based on the customer service received by the counter associates during pick up and drop off! Here goes: I rarely use neighborhood location and I stick with the airports because they cater to fastbreak members and there's minimal interaction with the staff. But this location was cheaper and I went for it. So I walk into this location to pick up a vehicle I reserved and I was not greeted it was just "can I help you" I was like where's the "How" but ok. The selection of vehicles was poor so I opted for an upgrade. The lady at the counter was rude (hispanic with long black curly hair) she spoke in Spanish to the guy (young Hispanic with short black hair) about how "my fancy ass" wanted to upgrade because I didn't like the cars they had! Yep! She said that in Spanish. His response was "so she'll either get what we have or she'll go somewhere else" I almost jumped over the counter but I just continued to play dumb. Now the car return: I parked the car in the return area and left the keys in and went inside. I was called to the counter by the same girl and advised I was returning a car. Her response was "we don't have any cars" I was like what! I said I'm RETURNING a car. She was like "oh ok". I advised that the keys were in the car and the car was in the return space. Oh baby! She huffed and puffed and said in Spanish "no I gotta walk all the way over there" I'm so pissed right now! You are in customer service and you have the nerve to treat ppl this way when they're spending their own damn money! Never again will I rent from this location! read more

Didn't have any problems reserving a truck for our one day move. Pick up and drop off went smoothly. Staff polite and friendly.

Never have any box trucks available unless booked way in advance, seems like extremely poor management to me...
