Where do i began to tell about a night mare customer service i experienced at this location on the 6th of Feb.when i came to inquiry about a charge on my account the door was locked #1 the door should not have been locked it was during operating hours. #2 i was greeted by this rude sarcastic employee named Alex Redd (horrible) i can tell he was new by his work ethic (very poor). i asked a question about my account before he even looked at my account he gave me a nasty attitude and gave me a negative nasty sarcastic reply. i told him i would be back when a trained professional (Brandon) knows how to approach another valued customer like myself. I have never in my years of doing business with storage choice have ever encountered such a distaste like i did. It takes an excellent customer service to adjust to a good environment. I had Public Storage from August 1992 till when I moved out on July 15th, 2017. Throughout my rental in Public Storage, I have never received any special as a long-term renter, from when I was moving in or moving out. Hurricane damaged my properties, thieves broke in, the only gratification I received was issued another location to move in my belongings and after the repair, I moved back to my usual location. However, the service I received from Storage Choice is superb: free move-in truck, lock, lock and keys, and an unbeatable price. It is said that the taste of the pudding is in the eating. read more

Resonable size love that it's climate controlled the only negative thing that I have to say is that I purchased a unit from the kiosk went home packed everything that I needed to store. Went back about an hour later and my gate code didn't work (note that it does say you have to wait a couple of minutes before the gate code will work) but it didn't very upsetting since I had a truck load of things (that are very heavy). Luckily my brother in law has a unit there so I was able to use his code but what if I didn't I wouldn't have been able to go in since it was on a Sunday night after hours. read more

We have been at that storage facility ever since it was built . We now have two units there and are very please with it. The manager is very polite and very helpful . They inform you of any work to be done or fixing to be done by phone or email. We are very pleased with Storage Choice . They also keep the property very clean at all times. I would recommend this storage location to everyone. The management was nice and helpful. The place is clean and has a lot of lighting. Also it is available to entrance 24 hours per day. The management took his time to tell me all the details and they even include the FREE truck with your rental. I have rented at other storage places like Public Storage and the people were rude and the rent went up every few months. This place is awesome! read more

Sorry have to be sadly honest... they raised rates a lot since we've been there, cut their hours and no longer 24 hours, we had unit broken into and tons of stuff taken... by another occupant... didn't really believe us at first cause lock was not there... or even give us a new lock... or anything. Crooks had to go by cameras but "no video was found"... Took forever to get the door fixed on a unit too. And climate control is fairly warm. read more

i am returning customer of storage choice on Kirkwood st. Stafford. the staff is particularly nice, the place is very neat with security cameras. it is 24hrs access, guys u cant beat that! This place is very clean and I feel very safe going at night. Also the staff members are very professional and helpful not to mention very friendly. There is also the convenience of several different payment options most places once they are closed you are stuck. Not here even if they are closed payments can be made by phone, online, and even at their kiosk. I work nights so that's perfect for me. read more

The staff here are very friendly. You also have to option of receiving a truck to move your things with only a 100.00 cash deposit which you do get back. If you bring the truck back in on a full tank of gas ( which is where it is when you get the truck). The storage units are clean. And I can say I have not seen one bug in my unit. Hassle Free, Clean & secure facilities. When I do have to go in the office I'm always met with friendly staff. One of the managers even had cookies out that his sister baked once.
