The associate called the owner and the owner said, "No, in fact that he planned on going up in price by 25% per pallet the next week". So instead of giving a bulk price or just saying no that he could not do that he stated that he was going to raise the price by 25%. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism and the pressure tactics that were attempted to be employed especially being a long time customer for many large home improvement projects. Buyer beware as this was a shocking experience.

Don't be fooled by the smiles and assurances! They didn't have enough of the flooring we ordered so…read morethey gave us flooring that another customer returned. It wasn't until the flooring was 3/4 installed that we realized that we were shorted, after sorting through all the damaged product that we were assured was inspected before it was given to us. They did order (more but they refused to deliver) and that's when we realized that the packaging was different. They had repackaged damaged flooring to make it look "new" and it was damaged and misprinted. The new packaged material was so much better that the rest of out floor looks bad. Calls were ignored and customer service wasn't any better. Promises to look into the matter resulted in dropped correspondence. Finally we were offered a store credit for a pittance of what we paid. The floor looks bad, poor quality of materials, unethical practices of selling used as new and not making good on their promises. Save your money. Shop elsewhere. If you have a problem you'll be left doing what we are doing.
