I asked him if he got my email and he said yes, but hadnt had time to follow up. I told him how far behind we were on the planning since we already have a contractor lined up to install. He said he would make some calls that very day and call me back. No call back. No email. Nothing. And that was 3 days ago. Apparently, this person does not under any circumstances want to sell me a door. I had heard great things about this place. Very disappointed.
