Public Storage has good information technology--I'll give them that. I never had any hassles on that account. My stuff never got wet or stolen. But... when I went in yesterday I found out half the complex had burned to the ground. Bums habitually live in the unused units and they lit a fire trying to keep warm. My unit wasn't affected, but the message was clear; your belongings aren't safe, even at the New York Penthouse rate they charge. If you can find *any* solution other than using this company, then for the love of god, do that instead.
