LaSondra was a joy to be around . She helped me with purchasing a money order and filling it out correctly to mail along with my passport renewal packet. I don't believe I've ever purchased a money order in my life . It went well with such great help! She also helped me select the appropriate trackable mailing option. The trackable option is ideal when mailing off such sensitive material. The post office didn't seem like the place to take photos since it's a government agency. Honestly , I was afraid too! No pictures but this was a very clean , organized facility with all mailing services available. This was a great experience!

The rest of the staff and the mail carriers are horrible. A couple of their mail carriers are currently in trouble for stealing gift cards during holidays from the mail they were carrying. My mail carrier is so lazy she will balance your package on top of your mailbox in pouring down rain so she does not have to put it on your porch. She does it during dry weather too. My entire neighborhood has gotten to know each other well because we have to exchange mail often after she constantly delivers it to the wrong place in our subdivision. My sister is a mail carrier in another town and she says it is in their job description that they have to bring packages to your door if it does not fit in the mailbox. It's right next to the main gas stations, gym, grocery store, pizza place, and pharmacies, so you always have an excuse to swing by. Since it's in the main Bluff Park shopping center, there is more parking spaces than there are people in the neighborhood. If you've got letters, this is a good place to mail them.

It took me less than 5 minutes to do what needed to get done, and she was so thorough with making sure to answer any questions. She was super sweet and very personable. I was just super pleased with the efficiency of this employee and the friendly service. She got her job done, and I got mine done. She really made me feel welcome today.
