I believe she had an ear bud in her hear and was having a conversation with someone as she was helping the lady before me. She spoke and the customer asked her to repeat herself and she indicated it wasn't directed at her. When I asked if I should give her my stack of Christmas cards or drop them in the drop slot, she said it didn't matter. But then when I handed them to her, she acted annoyed. Maybe she's just having a difficult day. I try to always give grace.

The rude employee at the front told him that they no longer give receipts which confused my husband because he was in there 2 days prior and got a receipt (he sells online). My husband told the man that, and the employee proceeded calling my husband ugly names and cussing at him. My husband then replied that he was not good at his job and started to walk out with the packages. The employee then started to follow my husband out of the door yelling cuss words at him. There were witnesses in the office who saw this happen. We then went to the police station to file a report. This man needs to get fired. Don't come to this location the staff is rude. Go to the one in cahaba heights they are super friendly there and will provide a shipping receipt with tracking info.
