Speedy service this morning, which made it really nice. I guess people are staying inside due to a little snow. Stay warm...Brrrrr......

The staff member behind the counter was very helpful in explaining to me which stickers I should remove from the box and replacing a new one over the old sticker.

This USPS location has reached an all time low. The week before Christmas with lines out the door…read more I waited 45 minutes in line and when I was called forward the clerk asked if I paying with credit or debit. I replied "debit" and she said, "The system is broken, we are taking only cash or checks. Come back with cash." No apology. NOW a sensible manager would ideally post signs on the outer doors advising customers of the issue but NO signs there. NO signs on the counter, NO signs anywhere. The clerk did tell me that they made an "announcement" from time to time for the benefit of customers who are been waiting in line forever. The clerk did turn to the manager who was lounging on the back wall and asked that he post a sign. He smirked and shifted his lounging position. (This is the same useless manager that is always hanging out doing absolutely nothing.) ALL of the holiday packaging was sold out. There was one lone box that had been broken and left in the display. Heaven forbid the manager should restock! He has a nap to take! So I dropped the forty dollars in greeting cards I was going to purchase back in the rack and walked out without them or the four sheets of stamps I had come to buy. I left through the same front door that has been broken and standing open 24 hours a day 7 days a week for at least a year. This post office is a disgrace! ALSO -- the photos of a gleaming facility had to have been taken by an employee after a thorough cleaning which this post office has not seen in MONTHS. The glass doors, the counters, the floors have been perpetually filthy since we have had to start using this post office a year ago BUT they do fall right in line with the never to be repaired broken door!

I come here all the time and 9 times out of 10, I'm in and out in less than 3 minutes…read more The staff is really sweet and attentive and most importantly: PATIENT! They deal with so many different people (kind and unkind) and always remain so very helpful and pleasant.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexis about some violations I had on my property. She is amazing! Best customer service I have ever experienced, she is always ready to help and always so pleasant. In dealing with these violations, having her to help me through it made everything so much easier. She makes me so glad I live in the Village with people like her helping the community!

This facility operates with a striking lack of professionalism, ethics, and basic moral standards…read more Staff members do not wear uniforms, making it impossible to know who is a coach, a trainer, a manager, or simply a member. There is no clear chain of command, no accountability, and no visible structure. You are left guessing who holds authority and who is even employed there. The bathrooms are always wet, unclean, and poorly maintained. The entire facility feels like a school club rather than a professional sports center -- disorganized, messy, and lacking any sense of order. The rules are selectively enforced, seemingly at the whim of certain staff members. I have personally witnessed members training in inappropriate attire like pajamas and crocs, with no enforcement, while others are targeted for petty infractions. There is constant contradiction in their policies, and the hypocrisy is clear and evident. What applies to one person does not apply to another, depending on who you know or who you are. For a facility that charges HOA fees, the standards are embarrassingly low. Equipment is often left unclean, and basic maintenance is neglected. There is a clear culture of favoritism and protection of certain staff members, regardless of their conduct. Complaints are ignored, transparency is nonexistent, and accountability appears to be an afterthought. If you value fairness, professionalism, or basic decency, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
