Been here a few times to mail items or get boxes to mail items. Staff is decent. Building is clean and well kept. Not as run down as others. Also a bit larger with all of the PO Boxes in the hallways. As a Post Office, it's one of the nicer ones. read more

I have lived here 19 Yrs and yes there were issues, but not with the post office per se it was delivery but we are concerned rual area so we did not have a regular mail person, that is not the case today. I have no complaints read more

I have had an issue with this post office. Every time I am expecting a package, my package always gets delivered to another address. I have complain about this and it has fallen on deaf ear. Sometime I don't even get mail. who knows where my mail could be. Today I got another package and of course it was delivered to the other address. My address is clearly printed on the box. This the worse Post Office I have the opportunity to use. My package from EBay was delivered on the date as promised but the postal driver did not bothered to come to my home but instead had the nerve to say I wasn't home and no safe place to store my package?? I went early in the morning to Bryan Irvin postal and they posted a sign NO SERVICE ON SATURDAY refer you to another post office? All deliveries driver know when resident not home they drop it off to the management office. I called USPS complaint line and had a redelivery date the next day. Well I seen the postal courier placing mail in residence mailboxes and asked do she have a package for me and she kindly check and to my surprise NO PACKAGE!!!! This is unacceptable and something needs to be fixed or put a new postal manager in charge to clean up Bryan Irvin Post Office!!!! read more

It is stupid to have a Paid Label when the clerk would ask you to stand in line just to give you a receipt. It takes less than 30 seconds to print a receipt but you have to stand in line for 20m? The short lady with curls is so rude. read more

Reduculous. Three times this year our postal delivery agent has decided our box is to full and takes everything back to the post office and refuses to leave a notice or deliver our mail. No wonder why the post office is failing and going broke. I can't believe we are still using our tax payer monies to fund these people. It needs to be privatized so that there is competition and customer service will matter. Maybe then they will hire competent people who care about the customer and doing their job! read more

i do not have anything good to say about the post office on bryant irvin. every time i am expecting a package i never receive it. i have contacted the post office and was told they would work on it, but it stills happens. today my items were scanned and i received an email my package was delivered to my mailbox, i go outside and no package. things are not cheap so i would hope i am reimbursed for my items. i will pay the post office a visit and show them my text. read more

Over the last month, two items I mailed out using the automated service were lost. You must wait 15 days to file a lost package request. I have completed my first missing package, and after a week no response at all from USPS. I'm an EBay seller. I've used the automated system at other post office branches and have never had a problem. Extremely dissatisfied with service. read more

I'm leaving a good review for one reason: the new supervisor Jennifer. I was MAD. Pretty furious honestly. My package was not only late by over a week, but hadn't been delivered for 3 different rescheduled dates. So I called, angry as all get out, and Jennifer not only talks me down, but promises to do whatever she can to make it better. She came through hard for me, going above and beyond, and it sounds like she's a lot more competent than whoever they had there before. Thank you, Jennifer! read more

They lose your packages and try to blame it on the leasing office even though I as well as the apartment leasing office provided proof that it was never delivered. The carriers are ghetto and laughs about losing your package to the customers faces. Reported the issue to The supervisor Denise Brown ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was done besides switching the blame to "amazon and UPS delivery personel must've have not done their jobs correctly and put their package in the same parcel locker my package was already in". I can't see what amazon nor UPS has to do with this considering my package was sent via USPS. THAT LOCATION IS A HUGE FREAKING JOKE and should be shut down. Clearly NO ONE in there takes their job seriously. They don't even deserve that 1 star honestly. read more

This post office is by far the most unorganized post office I have been to. I moved into a new apartment and it took them 2 weeks to change the locks and get me a key. Then I get a slip in my mail box to pick up a certified letter. I go to pick it up and they can't find it and that is just unacceptable. read more

A extremely rude and completely unhelpful employee was manning the desk on Friday morning, May 12, 2017. I needed help tracking a package. It had been 2 weeks. First of all I was told that the company was lying and that it was delivered. The tracking information indicated that it hadn't been delivered as two out of 3 packages sent to the same address already had. Then I was told that it wasn't their problem and that I would have to contact the post office in California. Number? Look it up yourself on the internet. Turns out to be the same central number that was on Fort Worth's page. read more

I've been dealing with various post offices around the country for 60-odd years of life, and the one closest to us now at Bryant Irvin and Alta Mesa in Fort Worth is by far the absolute worst! We get mail meant for someone else all the time, and the hold-mail service is undependable at best. A recent vacation hold was a typical, almost disaster. The held mail supposed to be delivered on Friday didn't happen, which was important since the weekend was a holiday period. Therefore, the week's worth of mail scheduled to be delivered Friday wouldn't be arriving until Tuesday at the earliest. I went to the post office where the desk clerk rudely addressed me, curtly went to the back and retrieved the undelivered mail. (Who knows when we would have gotten it?) The attitude at this location is routinely so bad that even though it's closest for us, I stopped going there for routine service two years ago because of their typical long wait times and constant, unacceptable, rude attitude. I prefer to go to one located a few miles away, were they are courteous, efficient and professional. read more
