This post office went above and beyond while we were there and after we'd left and all new people were working. I am blown away at how nice, inviting and helpful everyone was at the Cherry Lane Post Office. While working on mailing out our Christmas cards we randomly needed a glue stick and one of the gentlemen was kind enough to search for one until he found one and let us use it for all of our cards. The entire process was quick and efficient at another of the registers with a different and very pleasant and helpful clerk. The part that really puts them over the top was after we'd gone. We accidentally left a bunch of our things including a personalized address stamp but everything was fairly inexpensive and I feel could have easily been thrown away or even set aside if we decided to come back. This was not the route that they took at Cherry Lane; instead they gathered everything up and made sure it was was well packaged to arrive to us safely all the way in another state. read more

Ladies like the ones working for the USPO in the Cherry Lane office are why I stay away and do limitless to no business here. When I walked in two workers were bickering with two customers waiting. When it was finally my turn the lady (and I use the term lightly) was brusque and surly. Though her thought may have been to clarify how I wanted to send my 2 packages. I'm hoping these ladies quit or I done return for at least 2 years. Which ever comes first. read more

This post office is the friendliest post office I have ever been in! Every time I come in, the workers are smiling and greeting everyone! And they do their jobs efficiently! I highly recommend doing your postal business at this Cherry Lane location!!! read more

Peter was so helpful! I really needed to get a couple cashier's checks to my landlord and needed it shipped overnight. He was really helpful and kind and even helped me figure out the specific address I was trying to get it to. There was no wait and the prices were great! read more

I couldn't find post office for Whitesettlment. This is for that location . Worst customer service ever major attitudes . Not sure why they don't have cameras or sound to the cameras . Older gentleman in from of me . Told the girl at the front desk she was doing a great job and asked how she was today . This gentleman was probably late 80's . Her comment was I DONT HAVE TO SPEAK TO YOU !!!! He said okay , well I hope you have a better day . Again she says , IM DOING MY JOB I DONT HAVE TO SPEAK TO YOU . I'll never go back to the post I'll use the small mom & pops in the area . Again this is for the older white lady maybe 50s or 60's at Whitesettlment location . read more

This place has gone steadily downhill since Don left, years ago. Most of the people up front are terse and rude. Today, as I had gotten up to the counter for my turn, I heard the man & woman working there talking crap and being insulting about a man who had just left, then heard them saying rude & condescending things about a couple people currently in line. Perhaps they thought we could not hear them with their COVID masks on. But I did. I will no longer take my business here when there is another USPS of equidistance away with extremely nice employees. read more

Worst personnel in history of all post offices. Spent $90 to mail four packages to Omaha on December 15th from Cherry Lane in Fort Worth...and as of December 25th they have not been delivered to Omaha. Very upsetting and no one at post office cares. read more

This post office does not scan packages and can't seen to deliver mail to the right address. Customer Service Management gives you the run around and never answers your questions. Was a great post office until 6 months ago then went down hill. All the other post offices have a great and helpful Facebook page but this post office uses it for personal photos and no helpful info. read more

Worst postal service office I've ever experienced. I am completely lost for words and usually don't write reviews. Never have I been moved to do so until now. I had an issue with one of their mail carriers who is obviously unaware she's representing a company with her very rude and unprofessional behavior/attitude. When addressing the issue by making a complaint via their online website, I received a follow up call as requested from Valerie, the night shift supervisor. When she called me immediately I understood their distasteful behavior is not something out of the norm. She put all blame on me and made excuses for her employees behavior. She then began to talk over me, hung up in my face. After calling back the 4th time for someone to pick up a supervisor answered the phone named Whitely and stated she didn't see anything wrong with her attitude and did not think she was unprofessional at all. I told her I'll continue to address this issue regarding Valerie and she told me it's just going to come to them at this location so nothing will happen. She said she will talk to the mail carrier about how I may have "felt". They leave my box wide open. This place is a poor representation of usps and an absolute complete joke. I have yet to find a corporate number to speak to someone else directly regarding this issue. read more

Went on Saturday to get my passport. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The lady who did my passport even opened up early when she saw people were waiting. I had to look around to make sure that I was actually at the post office ;) read more
