I never have a problem. Very polite. I go in and out fast. I don't understand why people complain. if you're not happy with the price just go somewhere else. don't put down a business because your not happy with the price. Just say no Thank you and go somewhere else. my opinion. read more

Don't even waste your time coming here. I came at 9 a.m. to make photocopies. They were closed. Came back at 9:30 when they open. Both copiers had out of order signs on them. Employee said "we're looking to replace one of the copiers, because it died." Are you serious? What a worthless dump! It was run much better under the previous ownership. I mailed two packages today and requested insurance on both. Amy Cho charged me $8 for insurance, but my receipt stated on it "no insurance." When I questioned her about it, Amy insisted there is insurance in the system but it just doesn't show on the receipt. But she refused to show me on her computer where it has insurance. And I called UPS and of course they tell me the tracking numbers I gave them do not have insurance. This place is a complete rip off. read more

The employee was friendly and quick to help me. I needed to tape up my package so I was a little disappointed that he charged me 25 cents to tape up a cell phone box. Other than that I had no other issues. The store was convenient to the hotel I was staying at. It was located in the same shopping center so with in walking distance. read more

I had been into deferent ups store they all busy but not this one , it's dead for a reason , Lack of knowledge , couple none informed employees . I ask to notarize a paper that mean I m signing this paper in front the public notary , she refused because she can not understand the content that has nothing to do with her , I have my ID I m in person and I'm signing this document ,she is ignorant notary, it's sad to see this business going down but it's the owner fault . I ship a 2lb soccer ball today thru this place to New Orleans... box was $3, shipping was $26? Why...? They wouldn't give an explanation. I shipped a bowling ball, put 18lbs, all the way to Maine...$22 thru Fed Ex Kinkos. The no explanation bothers me the most... I wish I would have had time to go back to Fed Ex today. I'm making this complaint for my husband as I don't or want patronize this business. My husband has a mailbox through this company, he has had several of his mail from the bank returned. He confronted the employee today 3/30/19 she stated that even if the mail did not have the PMB, they would not return to sender, unless the customer requested it. That was a lie, she looked in her system and saw where they had returned his bank information. Here is the kicker if you receive a package that's too big for your mailbox they want put a slip in your box notifying you that you have a package, the owner said they dont do that you have to ask them, well imagine that, this is how mishaps can happen, it happened to me, I was given someone else's package but was honest enough to give it back to them. Also the owner informed my husband when its time to pay they want alert them, if the customer don't remember it's on them. My husband will be filling a report with the post master and the police department. This company is so not professional and knows nothing about how to treat customers read more

I just left this place very upset. I have been a customer for 10+ years and have dropped off mail periodically. I had pre-paid envelopes that I was dropping off today. I put them on the counter and "new" faces smiled at me and asked what I wanted to do. I told them I needed to drop off for USPS mail. They got the "owner". She came out and said they don't mail unless I buy stamps there. I was dumbfounded. I told her I have been a customer 10+ years and asked of she was the new owner. She said yes. I was expecting her to say something along the lines, "since you've been with us we'll go ahead." NO, she literally gave them back to me. I told her "You have lost my future business".
