They refused to assist me or explain my options, declined to provide service, and refused to show their name tags when asked. As a result of their behavior, I became upset and expressed my frustration. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they asked police officers to remove me from the premises. I believe this conduct is inappropriate for government employees and does not meet the standards of customer service expected from USPS staff.

I made a conscious effort to stay calm and not escalate the situation because I believe respect goes both ways, even during stressful moments. They called him/her and I was told they'd be there in 15 minutes. I waited until 4:40 and the notary had not yet showed up. What REALLY pissed me of was the fact that I called ahead of time to confirm and they totally wasted my time. I drove 10 minutes to the UPS store on Miami Gardens and 19th Ave and got it done in a minute. You should have a little more consideration for people's time and maybe buy a watch!
