They refused to assist me or explain my options, declined to provide service, and refused to show their name tags when asked. As a result of their behavior, I became upset and expressed my frustration. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, they asked police officers to remove me from the premises. I believe this conduct is inappropriate for government employees and does not meet the standards of customer service expected from USPS staff.

I made a conscious effort to stay calm and not escalate the situation because I believe respect goes both ways, even during stressful moments.
