This is probably one of my shortest reviews ever, but I just have to say that if this postal store was not tucked in the Sawgrass Mall and more accessible, it would be at the tippy top of my U.S. Postal Service stores. It is a little boutique store, well stocked, not very busy, and with a large desire for customer care. The civil servant who took care of me was professional, attentive and very friendly. Thinking this through, the next time I need to stop at the post office, I'll wait till Saturday and go to this one. I just remembered there is a great place to get churros next door and I can make it a shippin' n dippin' kinda morning! Teehee read more

Located in the sawgrass mills mall right out side of target. The same postal worker has been working at this location, most times by himself, for quite some time. He is always efficient and moves the lines as quickly as the customers allow him to. This is my go to post office when I need to mail something or purchase fun stamps. read more

Sawgrass Postal Store - VILLIANS! - Post Offices Near Me - Sunrise, Florida

This post office is located near Target in the Sawgrass Mills Mall. There is usually ample parking down at this end of the mall 95% of the time. I DREAD going to the post office, but the people working here move things along quite well. There is another post office in Sunrise that is AWFUL, so I'd suggest coming here to do any mailings. The hours here are great, 11 AM to 7 PM except on Sunday and holidays when they are closed. This is a major convenience factor! read more

I purchased 2 books of stamps ($22) from Keisha last weekend (2/6), and she never gave me the stamps with my receipt. When I came back for the stamps 20 minutes later, they had mysteriously disappeared. Keisha told me that she couldn't give me any "free stamps" and to come back Monday after 'Michael' counts the stamps to reconcile whether they had kept mine by accident. Otherwise, Keisha even made me stand in line a 2nd time to tell me she wouldn't help me. When I returned this week, Michael said he doesn't count the books of stamps as he has over 36K on hand. It does appear that someone did get some free stamps, but I didn't get the ones I paid for. Fortunately, there is a video camera behind Keisha's counter. Let's hope it recorded my transaction. I hope it was worth $22 to the USPS to transform a previously loyal and happy USPS customer into someone who thinks this organization is not being run professionally nor ethically. read more

This post office is not fully staffed, so pack your patience when you plan a trip to this location. The usps rep is working with all types on their feet all day, back and forth serving customers of all sorts, nice and nasty alike. I have never had any complaints but I've observed a lot. So, if you're in a rush, and it's busy, simply go to another location. One attendant can do only so much at a time. read more

There aren't many post offices in the mall but wow! how convenient. Knowing a trip to the mall was on my agenda, I was able to kill 2 birds with one stone... talk about efficient. The location is often busy but I'm already there. The only negative would be a large package to carry through the mall but this is rarely my reason for going. Today I was easily able to mail my important letter but I have also used the counter service. This is a great idea and one of the right moves made by a government agency. read more

This post office is nooooo where near my house but I come here because the customer service is great. They don't mind taking the time to help you with questions. I think is due to the fact that it's in Sawgrass and a lot of tourist come to this mall. They usually have all the flat rate boxes you need as well. read more

These PO employees always work hard here and are very patient when you consider that most of he people they deal with are tourists from foreign countries. There's usually 2/3 people in line but it moves efficiently. Like most Post Offices there's minimal air conditioning. read more

Sawgrass Postal Store - I saw that there were no photos. This location is inside the mall right next to Target. - Post Offices Near Me - Sunrise, Florida

So I had to find a post office since my GPS routed me through a automated toll booth instead of place for me to pay. The toll booth employee gave me a form to fill out and send my toll payment, so I found this post office in Sunrise Mall. I was going to send it certified since I didn't want to get a ticket on the rental car, but the Postal worker just informed me to send it regular and gave me an envelope. I had to get a money order for $1 which really sucked since the money order was more than the amount. The guy at the counter knew exactly why I needed it when I told him the amount. He told me it was very common since they have changed the layout of the toll booths lately. He was super helpful and made an unpleasant issue go away. read more

A so-so location that gets 3 stars for convenience. If you need to pick up something in the mall and send it ASAP, this is definitely the spot to go to. Staff here can be a bit grumpy, a bit more than some other p.o.'s I have visited, but generally speaking, it's a decent location. read more

I am a ebay seller, I have a few stuff on this platform to sell, I sold a sonos speaker and I created the label on April 5th, the tracking number is 9405508205496546863007, I went on the 6th I dropped it to the USPS at the sawgrass mall location sunrise Florida, zip code 33323 between 2 and 4 pm, I wore a write long sleeves shirt, with tie. The buyer never receive the merchandise, I went to the location multiple, no one can tell me anything, I had opened multiple case without anyone contact from USPS, they closed them. Finally somebody told that I have to call my district office which I did, I went yesterday to 3225 hiatus rd sunrise fl 33345 office to take to someone because I heard the manager of the sawgrass mall location has office there, I have talked to a supervisor, she was so rude,  she didn't understand anything, I spent a lot of time waiting for her, she was passing by the kiosk in her cellphone talking while somebody told her that I was there waiting. I had to ask another person to call the manager or supervisor for me, when she finally got there, she told me that she couldn't help me, I asked her who else I can contact, she didn't want to answer me, she didn't have any patient to help me in my case, the worst was while I was talking to her she ignored me and call another customer to help. you have Cameras in both locations, I want to know first where is my stuff, second I want you contact me so we can reopen my case and take a proper decision, third I suggest you do a formation for your managers and supervisors so they can know how to talk to people and how to help  people with  their problems read more
