Our mail carrier is always late (after 4-5pm), always talking on her cell phone, and always rude and unprofessional with a bad attitude. We get letters delivered all the time that are opened as if someone from the post office (or the carrier) rummages through them looking for something to steal. This is possibly the worst post office that I've ever seen and that spans five states and over 30 years. read more

I needed to mail something with a Houston return post mark, so I traveled to this location. Upon entry into the parking lot, it seemed like it was going to be a quite large location; however, the largest aspect of this post office seems to be the area for the P O Boxes. Once inside, there was a bit of a line for service from a clerk, which can be quite daunting. For some reason, it sometimes seems like every one, except you, has a great deal of business to take care of at the post office, which can be quite time consuming. However, a this location, the guy working the counter didn't seem to be welcoming of any BS. That was quite evident as he kept the line moving and worked at a great pace! I can certainly appreciate his speedy work. He was courteous and quite efficient. Meanwhile, there seemed to be a line forming for those interested in picking up parcels...However, that wasn't my concern, but I can appreciate that there is a designated area for that rather than everyone being in the same slow moving line. read more

IGNORE THE STAR!! It was the only way this review could posted......... This is by far the WORST place, ever. The staff can be helpful and understanding when they want. Unfortunately, MAJORITY of the time they are HORRIBLE in the attitude department, and just utmost DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. Not to mention when they are helpful, it's in VEIN. They talk sh*t to everyone and they treat the guest as if they aren't important, as if their job is in the building of a Fortune 500 company. Terrible customer service. Everyone has an attitude. They lost a family members mail and had no explanation as to why. They also messed up my passport information and I had to come back to start the process over. Ridiculous. read more

I like the post office and all but there is one woman that works there that just makes me hate going there. She's rude and leaves the counter every time I come up to it. The other workers are very nice and knowledgeable. But she ruins the whole experience every time. If y'all see a middle aged woman with glasses and an updo, I'd avoid going to her but other than than that I like going here! read more

Terrible customer service. I called once to see if I could pick up my package and mentioned I was in the military and recently moved so my ID didn't reflect my current address but had plenty of other ways to identify my package (including tracking number and delivery slip) and the clerk said no and that she would personally make sure I did not get my package. I have always either not received my mail or received packages 2-3 weeks later than the scheduled delivery date. On another occasion, I checked the tracking on my package and noticed it was out for delivery and was looking out for the mail carrier. I saw the vehicle so I went out to get my mail and I had my paper mail but no package and asked the courier if he knew where my package was and he said I had no package. I showed him my tracker that said it was out for delivery and he insisted there was no package for me. When I looked over into the vehicle (my package had specific wrapping/box that's obvious to where it came from) and I confronted him about it. He then said he didn't really work for the post office and he was just filling in for someone and was so tired he didn't check. I was appalled. I have also been delivered packages by someone in a personal vehicle. I guess they're so lazy and behind on their work that they hire 3rd party contractors to deliver or just too lazy to put on their mail carrier uniform and use the post office vehicle. My mail also goes to my neighbors half the time. Very frustrating. I have never had so many problems with a post office and now refuse to ship through them or buy anything from anyone that uses usps to ship. read more
