I couldn't believe it! I had to send a box out so it was a good time to see for myself. I was greeted by Christopher who was simply the best. He alone is a great reason to come to this location. He not only took care of me he also patiently answered my questions on delivery and pick up times. Before me the was another customer which he gave great customer care to also. I was not asking for any special treatment, but what Nathan should NOT do is prohibit/delay my process of receiving mail that's address to ME, for ME, and C/O of ME. They have recently added another employee and Jennifer is very efficient and does a great job with a smile. I try to come in during the slower time periods (avoid lunch, 3PM, and 4:30-6:00PM) . Prices are reasonable and being able to handle UPS and USPS in one stop is a time saver.

I told her I didn't have time to come back in two hours that it was a package I needed now. She told me they had 20 packages to go through - 20! And that I would just have to wait. So I did they were not that busy the package was right underneath her nose and she was so rude when five minutes later she gave me the package. I would never use this location for anything other than picking up packages. I would not use their ancillary services whatsoever! Never been treated this rudely by anyone at FedEx Office.
