I couldn't believe it! I had to send a box out so it was a good time to see for myself. I was greeted by Christopher who was simply the best. He alone is a great reason to come to this location. He not only took care of me he also patiently answered my questions on delivery and pick up times. Before me the was another customer which he gave great customer care to also. This, to me, showed a consistent professional. I asked if I could take his picture so ALL could see who he is and be ready for great service.

Really convenient location defines the utility of this store. Right at a busy intersection (and…read moreacross the street from my work) make it perfect to stop by on the way to something else. The only drawback is that because of the busy intersection, it can be tough to get to if you're coming from another side. Parking is plentiful in a shared lot with several other stores and restaurants. The lot is hard to navigate in that cars seem to come from multiple directions so proceed toward the store closely and keep your head on a swivel. My limited visits they make it easy for drop off returns with all the supplies there you need. Ample floor space and clean. Staff seems nice, hardly said a word or two to them (again, usually just dropping off a pre-labeled item and they hand me a receipt). I'll continue to use this as my primary UPS drop off spot and for occasional supply shopping if needed.

I was treated rudely and then, out of nowhere, he screamed at me, "DON'T COME BACK!" I wasn't disrespectful to him. I came in as a paying customer expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. If there was an issue, it could have been addressed respectfully instead of someone yelling at a customer. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere, but I do believe people should know how they are being treated when they spend their money somewhere. There is absolutely no reason to treat people that way. Customer service and common courtesy still matter.

I was not asking for any special treatment, but what Nathan should NOT do is prohibit/delay my process of receiving mail that's address to ME, for ME, and C/O of ME. I've had my box with Pearland Postal Plus for some time and the hassle of changing my service is daunting. They have recently added another employee and Jennifer is very efficient and does a great job with a smile. I try to come in during the slower time periods (avoid lunch, 3PM, and 4:30-6:00PM) . Prices are reasonable and being able to handle UPS and USPS in one stop is a time saver.

I told her I didn't have time to come back in two hours that it was a package I needed now. She told me they had 20 packages to go through - 20! And that I would just have to wait. So I did they were not that busy the package was right underneath her nose and she was so rude when five minutes later she gave me the package. I would never use this location for anything other than picking up packages. I would not use their ancillary services whatsoever! Never been treated this rudely by anyone at FedEx Office.
