When my order of shirts came in about HALF of them were crooked and misprinted. I reached out to get this fixed and was offered a replacement for the shirts. For the wasted time and inconvenience I asked for a discount for which was given at 15% off the order. I accepted because the shirts that were made correctly were high quality and well done. I was told the shirts would then be ready in about two weeks. I come to pick them up and they are NOT ready. I am slightly annoyed but said "Okay, mistakes happen." The manager gave me his word that they'd be ready next time so I gave them another week to fulfill the order. When I return to pick up the replacement shirts a week later, I'm told they are STILL NOT READY and was never told ahead of time that it would be delayed YET AGAIN. This is completely unacceptable and by far the worst experience I had with a printing company. I finally got my shirts weeks after the initial purchase and I will NEVER be returning.

    I had to come in here a couple of times during the quarantine. I have been working from home lately…read moreand coincidentally enough, this is the closest FedEx office to my home. I appreciate the fact that they are doing everything they can to make sure they limit the number of customers inside the store. They are also doing a very good job of making sure people stay socially distanced from each other and employees. They have clear markings on the floor and ask everyone to follow a set of guidelines when in this location. There was a line outside the door the second time I went. There is an employee at the door that is monitoring the number of people going inside. Everything went very well. Bottom line - During Covid-19, things ran very smoothly both times that I was there. I appreciate everything they did to keep things as safe as possible.

    the only fedex in existence that won't let you use their good tape, but they'll sell you the low…read morequality tape that they would have to tape over anyways. not only do they not allow you to use their tape, they don't know how to tape a box. i don't know if it's an intelligence issue or they just don't care, but you work at fedex? i shouldn't have to coach you. i ended up taking my packages somewhere else because they would've busted open in transport. i'll never come back. wasted a whole hour of my day bringing a bunch of 40 pound boxes inside. have never had an issue at any other fedex in the whole state of texas.

There were some F-bombs dropped by the manager. The USPS dude invited him outside to settle things, but the manager relented. I'm certainly not a fan of "taking things outside," but I'm really surprised that this manager hasn't been confronted in the store. (I'm not surprised that he wouldn't go outside. He has a HUGE mouth, but I'm thinking that he comes from a culture that talks trash without backing it up.) Attention, UPS: Fire this guy. Visit #1: No charge. Visit #2 and #3: Suddenly they want $25 to hand me my own package. After I already paid shipping through Amazon. I contacted Amazon corporate and UPS directly, and BOTH confirmed that this location's $25 pickup fee is not allowed, not standard, and not part of UPS policy. They couldn't explain why this store is doing it and immediately opened an investigation. Amazon refunded me, but the fact that this store is out here inventing fees is shady!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL GET THEM OUT OF BUSINESS
