I had a very disappointing experience with this post office. I made an appointment for my daughter, but when we arrived, we were told the employee was on lunch and asked to come back later. We returned at the time we were instructed, only to wait an additional 15 minutes for the same employee. Additionally, when my husband and I scheduled appointments for our passports, our appointments were canceled twice without adequate explanation. This location clearly needs a better scheduling system and improved customer service. Appointments should be honored, and customers' time should be respected. I hope management takes steps to improve these ongoing issues. read more

Three separate packages taken into the post office were stolen and so was a $30,000 check! Luckily it was caught by the bank. This theft has been going on for over a year and someone was charged but it continues. read more

Horrible facility. They continually pick up packages from my house and dont scan the package for tracking. This last package going out to a customer was never scanned and has been sitting at their post office for 4 days never scanned and just sitting there. I cant stand the USPS, cant ever seem to do their job and yet want to tell me how short handed and cant keep up with all the packages, not my problem that is your business and you need to do it. Im trying to run my business with an incompetent government agency. Ridiculous. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered puppy canned food and a beverage on Amazon. USPS gave me a notice that they couldn't deliver either mailbox was full (it was empty) or item was too heavy. Well I ordered online due to limiting RA and immunocompromise and with COVID19, it was my safest bet. So the mailman didn't attempt to deliver, just gave a notice to pick up at USPS. Well their phones roll to message so no way to call and ask questions. So I send a friend with my license and notice to pick up the heavy items for me so I don't have to go out in public. He stands in line for 30 minutes and was told he couldn't pick it up bc he doesn't have the same address. Way to fail on absolutely every end USPS. All because the mail carrier couldn't pull in the driveway and leave at the doorstep, I can't get items I need and paid for. Extremely disappointing read more

I've had very good customer service from other post offices with nice cashiers, but this one cashier sounded like a robot, LOL! Also, it appears, according to all the street signs in their parking lot, one can only make a right turn onto State Road, but cannot make a left onto State Road, or go straight ahead into the shopping plaza. Usually, when I have nothing nice to say....I don't say anything....but I think by now it's common knowledge to NOT EVER GO HERE. So, I am not sure where to begin with this Post Office. Can I start with.... I sell things on ebay (alot of people do, right?) and they take forever to send out the packages (believe me I track them). That's no good. Ever been to any of the outside drop-off boxes in Royalton? THEY DON'T PICK-UP UNTIL NOON! Noon? Really? Where I grew-up (and even in DOWNTOWN) pick-ups start at 7:00AM-8:00AM. Ever been through North Royalton? Well, where are the outgoing mailboxes that one would see all over the city? Non-existent here. And because it takes them so long to outbound packages, I am afraid to leave it behind for the delivering postofficer to handle. No trust. The staff here has the biggest attitude over nothing. One time I had to go back home and get cash because they wouldn't accept my credit card (I don't sign the backs...but I ALWAYS show my ID). The gentleman behind the counter literally chewed me out and said he would lose his job....blah blah.... One time I went to mail a letter, and needed it postmarked for THAT DAY. It was one letter. No problem, right? WRONG! They asked me why I didn't just put a stamp on it and mail it myself. I don't think it's any of their business! Completely rude. I have more stories. I was a dime short on my cash (and this was the last time I went to this post office and refuse to go back). First I was in a long line.....then everything was being handled....he gave me my total, whoop 10 cents short....I was like ok, I can go grab that from my car....no problem. Thinking oh, he will let me hand him the dime when I come back in. Nope. I had to stand back in that long line, just for him to "re-ring" me....then I got to pay. What a waste of time. read more

Given that this post office is in a nice area I would expect those working there to reflect that in there business demeanor, however not only are they completely uneducated as to the services they are "suppose" to provide, they are also rude, and devious as they continually charge for services not rendered or necessary. I'm ashamed to have this post office in my home town they are a disgrace to their profession, the community they supposably serve, and the United States post office as a whole. I am embarrassed for them and their total lack of professionalism and customer service. Drive the extra 10-15mins it is worth it! Do not go here avoid it like the plague. I was expecting a package delivery on 10/20. It was delivered but to the WRONG address. This is the second time the N. Royalton USPS has delivered my package to the wrong address and on a different street. Maybe if they took the time to read the street number and the street name, this wouldn't be an issue.. Really??? Horrible service!! Dropped off info at Post Office on Sept 25th regarding how to help elderly person. Information they needed to do the job. Of course the manager was too busy to help. Made numerous attempts trying to contact Reggie the manager NEVER returned a phone call Contacted USPS 1-800-ask-USPS. Told them what has been going on for over 3 weeks Reggie the manager not returning (6) phone calls etc. Got a case #. Guess what? All of a sudden Reggie decided to do his job. He called however he tried to blame the supervisor he put in charge of not doing her job. I spoke with supervisor everytime and she didn't know why he wasn't returning my calls. So if your not getting help from this post office the # listed above gets you results. read more

This is by far the worse Post Office I've ever encountered. I've lived in North Royalton for almost a year and had nothing but problems with this post office. Our lease is up the beginning of the year and the post office is one of many reasons we are moving out of this town. We love North Royalton, just not our apartment or this post office. Anywho, these are the problems I've encountered: - packages delivered to wrong person (this has happened NUMEROUS of times) - mail in my maiden name being returned to sender (which I put that name on the sheet THEY provided when I first moved in showing possible occupant names). By the way, they have NO problem delivering the previous tenants mail to me... - having notices left that they attempted to deliver a package that needed to be picked up at the office to only go there and them say they have no packages - search for about 20 minutes and then find it (again, has happens many many times) - tracked packages state they were delivered but really wasn't because the postman left it on his truck - requested for my mail to be held when I went on vacation, came back and the mail on hold could not be found It's always a joy (not) when I either have to call or go in there. The staff there is so rude and obviously hate their jobs. Like today, I filled out a complaint about a package that has been sitting at the post office for 3 days, was supposed to be delivered yesterday and still have not received it. They called me, left their number. I called back, it rang about 30 times until I hung up... This is just a terrible terrible office and the manager should look to replacing the whole staff. But the manager isn't really any help either. Once I did call back (which by the way now the package is just lost), I tried to talk to whoever about the issues there and she didn't really have much to say about everything I mentioned to her other than it should be getting better. She just kept saying something that their office is busy and only have so many people. I kept reminding her that no other office I've experienced is like this. I guess my own remedy would be to move out of North Royalton and see if the grass is greener on the other side. So good luck with dealing with this location. read more

I am so disgusted with this postal system in north royalton. I live in Shadow creek apts. and we have to put our outgoing mail on the top of the mail boxes inside and half the damn time the mailman doesn,t pick up the outgoing mail and it sits there another day or whatever. When we pay our bills we expect that they are getting picked up and taken care of. NO that isn,t true half the time plus getting our mail so late in the day is a crock too. I can,t wait to move and get out of north royalton area as i,m so fed up with this shit that I have to get in my car and take my outgoing mail to the post office and hope it goes out. I've had to go into the post office several times and the workers are I've experienced have all been very rude. I have had several packages "lost" without any explanation other than it was somehow my fault. I can't wait to move and have a different office to deal with! read more

If I could give 0 star rating, they would have it. WORST service I've ever had living in several different communities over the years. Mail constantly being delivered to wrong address. Lost parcel delivery...Completed mail stop forms 3 times, have yet to honor them. Went to speak to supervisor about problem, 1st thing out of her mouth was,"I'm on my way out right now" it was 2:00, & I'm sure she was done for the day. Not the right thing to say to a ticked off customer. And what can we do about it? Nothing! These people get paid good money, all holidays off, excellent benefits & we have to deal with this?!!! read more

For a "service" they sure stink at their job. We live on the corner of a street. For yrs our mail came like clockwork. Then a few years back our mail carrier retired - ever since we have had problems with our mail deliveries. Some days it's in the box by 2 , others not until nearly 5 and this past weekend not at all. NOT Saturday, NOT Monday and then on Tuesday you could tell it was 3 days worth of mail, just by the way it was bundled. Apparently, the route was "split" and the person that is now responsible on a regular basis knows where we are BUT any substitutes simply buzz right by and never even bother to turn the corner and deliver our mail. The thing that really irritates me is that when I went in to speak with the supervisor (Mike - he wouldn't give his last name) he kept saying there wasn't "anything we can do" to remedy the situation. There is ALWAYS something that can be done... I offered several suggestions and he kept repeating his mantra "there's nothing we can do". I said - put us back on the delivery route of the street our mailbox is on (his answer - "can't do") I said, OK , then ALERT the mail carrier that is SUPPOSE to deliver the mail to DO THEIR JOB and advise them where the box is so they can (his answer - "can't do"). My mom always told us there is no "T" in can. He COULD do something... he just doesn't want to, and WE PAY THESE CLOWNS???!!!. THIS IS SERVICE???!!! read more
