This post office can often be jammed with long lines and customer service can be inconsistent. I have been in and out and served with a smile and I have stood in line and/or been served indifferently.

Long due. as my m-in-law is now in PAM Health Rehab in Ocoee, Florida. it took longer than usual. Watana wanted to fix the picture post cards from India and suggested i should put things all the files for C.P.As. i have DrJustkidding inc. So, all the files must be combined to post to CPA... Again, Watana said, I should do as many surveys as possible for her- they were kidding. I went during our lunch hours from Office. This is the closest or nearest. This post office works till 18:00 hrs. Normally all the post offices close at 17:00 and some of them in Clarcona Ocoee road closes at 1600 itself. i love these timings They have a separate Passport line ...It is on the right side and corner. Today one of US Postal clerk came to take a picture for the passport... Very nice of her. Few others also mentioned Watana deserves a good note. As she suggested for this great post office. Love it... It is more spacious. Lot of features. Maybe or possibly one of the biggest or large size Post office, i might be aware of...it is near the Waterford Lakes. Which is famous in this side of town. After going here regularly for a few years now, here is my honest review…read more The stars earned are for convenience. It's 10/10 convenient to have all carriers in one location. Now for what people who don't ship weekly for 26 years need to know about this place: It's a complete ripoff. Somewhat similar to how a 7-11 will charge a huge markup on everything. The difference, though, is that I know what gum costs at a grocery store and I am able to make the conscious choice if I want to pay for the convenience or not at 7-11 for the same pack of gum. The average person shipping does not do it for a living like I do. They have no idea they are accepting an overcharge, and more significantly that they are not being given all choices and options available. The entire system at this store is to charge the max amount the customer will accept with every add-on and unnecessary fee they can legally get away with. This is an insanely shady way to do business. Yes, the male owner will be nice as he swindles you out of your money by making you think he's a kind man giving you a deal and helping you out. This is not reality. Watch how kind he is to people who question why he's only giving the most expensive shipping options when every one of the multiple carriers available carrier have multiple options and pricing. He opened a shipping hub, but has no interest in the majority of what people's shipping needs are. He can't even print anything out without charging you unless he is required to by the carrier (UPS). Thank God UPS is on to people like this, but the other carriers haven't caught up. UPS wants you to have a receipt in case there's any issues after handoff. Take the receipt. Say yes that you want the receipt when they ask, they simply don't want to waste the ink even knowing UPS tells them to. He's cheap and greedy, and I sense on the fast road to going out of business. He hasn't adapted to the customer base entering his store, he's focused on ripping everyone off. So be it. But the most dangerous aspect of this store here in orlando is the high quantity of people shipping internationally, which is already much more expensive than domestic shipments. They will tell you it's best to choose the option they know is ripping you off the most and the average customer has absolutely no idea they even had other options unless they ask a million questions, which the owner will respond to with a death stare. Some of the female staff are very nice, but trust that their boss requires them to do as much of this shadiness as they can also. The females will usually be honest when pressed, though. Buyer beware is what this place is all about. Someone had to tell you that if you've shipped here, you've likely been ripped off as much as they could get away with.

With a little bit of research, I learned that this branch is "a historic landmark designed by Louis Simon in a Northern Italian Palazzo Revival style." It opened in the early 1940s, and its dawns GRAND features, like high ceilings, marble flooring, ornate bronze doors, bronze lock boxes, and many other unique features that brings it its character. It serves as both a post office and a hub for the Catholic Diocese. As it relates to me, it is walkable from my job - so on days when the weather is nice, I opted to walk. When I don't walk, I drive and they have a limited amount of parking but there is parking available on the street and surrounding areas. The wait is usually not too bad - unless you are going during peak hours. The staff is nice and helpful. They usually have everything I am looking for with the exception of some speciality box sizes - which can simply be secured via their website. The price is the price! We already know how hard our US postal workers have to work, so I patron the postal office as much as I possibly can.

If the office is scheduled to open at 7:00 AM, customers should not be left waiting in the lobby for over 10 minutes with no assistance. I was not helped at all, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
