I used this location on two separate days during the week. The two workers are quick and helpful towards their clients. They seem to have their logistics worked out and can smoothly work a long line. I made sure to include a picture of the hours of operations because my husband needed to come outside of work hours and I learned they open for a short period of the day on Saturday. This is actually a fairly small post office with only two counters available. That being said, even when I've been here with a line, they've taken very good care of people and kept the line moving. I don't come to this location often but have often on for well over 10 years now. Parking out front can be difficult but there is plenty of parking in the area. They have all the usual things you will find at a post office such as stamps and packing materials. The employees are always friendly and the place always seems to be clean. read more

This unique post office is in the heart of downtown Celebration near the corner deli shop. It's a small location and it does have shorter hours compared to a bigger location. (Ex. Closes at 4:30 weeknights whereas a bigger location may close around 6-7 PM.) There are a few spots that are good for 10 minutes if you are making a short visit to the post office for a drop-off/pick-up/etc. Otherwise, there are flat surface lots and street parking. I would highly recommend avoiding the post office during peak meal periods as you could find yourself struggling to find a close spot to park. I came to retrieve a package that required a signature and the guy working at the front was friendly and located my package right away. I was in and out of there in 5-7 minutes. It seemed like the rapport between the workers and customers were good, which was nice compared to some of my less than pleasant cases at my old post office in Orange County, CA. read more

The wonderful individuals that work at celebration Post Office never ceased to amaze me. Every time I come in they are so pleasant and so kind to each and every customer no matter what is thrown at them. I come to this location for the customer service alone. Even during the high volume holidays, Larry and the gang are always in a good mood despite the long lines they have to work with. It's so convenient to have a post office right in town! Luckily, this location always seems to be fully stocked and staffed. It makes things run really smoothly, even when it's close to the holidays. They have multiple places to drop off mail on the premises, with two of the options being 24/7. There are also inside and outside PO Boxes that seem clean and well-maintained. While there are two help desks, only one is usually in use with two employees. The line can make it difficult to package your items there and grab what you need, so I definitely suggest getting it done ahead of time when possible. Organizations etc. anytime I go there my mail is always received late due to them holding on to it more than they really should. It's too small of an operation. Another example is that over the Holidays it took 5 days before my pre labeled box to be scanned and sent on its way. I will not go there any longer. read more

terrible. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at my local USPS. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering any helpful information or guidance, I was yelled at and treated with disrespect. They didn't take the time to explain the process or offer any assistance; instead, I was met with threats and a complete lack of courtesy. It was a very unpleasant interaction, and I left feeling more confused and upset than when I arrived. I hope they work on improving their customer service and communication, as this experience was truly disappointing. read more

I had a few letters I needed to send off while I was in Florida. This seemed to be the highest rated place near where I was staying, so I tried it out. Located in Downtown Celebration, this Post Office has a few reserved parking spaces in the back of the building (which is a plus). The outside was like no other that I have seen for a Post Office, but the inside was a bit of a let down, as it looked like every American Post Office. The staff here was nice and fast. Probably the worst post office I've ever dealt with. The employees are rude. My husband and I just moved down here and have had MUCH difficulty getting answers. They told us they'd change our key to our mailbox within a week so we could begin receiving mail, we didn't hear anything from them, and they never changed it. We ended up calling them and found out they don't do that anymore after just changing the policy THIS WEEK which was AFTER they promised us a key. We found out today that all the mail we've been receiving has been returned to sender because we don't have our key yet, and that is frustrating because we have important documents coming from our old address. Super frustrating to never get any answers. Avoid using this office at all costs. read more

It is hit or miss on whether you are going to get the line in this post office. It is a really small place, so it often seems more crowded than it actually is. The service is usually pretty friendly...above average for a post office. If they are busy, they will typically have someone at at least two of the three counters, which is really helpful when you are in a rush. Parking can be tricky, like anywhere else in Celebration. There are a handful of dedicated post office parking spots behind the building in the lot, but they are almost always full. read more

If the delivery location is more than 5 minutes from their office, they'll return your mail/packages to sender! This is the kind of office that justifies why USPS is going out of business. The Celebration USPS office is very convenient in the middle of "downtown" Celebration off of Market St. They have some PO Boxes if you need them. Usually a line of 3-4 people but the lines move quickly. Offers a small but decent selection of shipping supplies if you need them as well. Parking is tough to find around lunch time - you may have to park across the street on one of the one ways. After you send/get your mail you can walk down to any one of a dozen food spots for lunch - nice and quiet area. read more

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at at USPS, however nonexistent customer service is popular across the board for USPS (likely because no matter what, it will always be a place people need to go for one reason or another). I walked in, no one said hi, that's fine. I was a bit flustered because I did not know what I was doing, so I just grabbed a box and stuffed my item in there and went to the counter to checkout & make sure that what I was doing was correct. While I waited, I noticed the women seemed nice to other people so I felt some relief. Well, I was wrong. I was still flustered and I was like I'm not sure if this is right and she was like no, you need a box from over there...okay? To me, the boxes look the same. She also went on to tell me I needed tape to attach the label. Apparently postal workers are stingy about tape, but I still grabbed some. She then just there. I had no idea what to do and she became agitated and rude (I wasn't doing anything wrong, I was just confused about what to do and it would have taken less time for her to be nice instead of making me feel ashamed). I walked out because I was in tears at that point because she was making me anxious. I still had the tape in my hand (literally on the verge of a panic attack, I don't need your tape so relax) and I put it down and had to run out while having a full blown panic attack. I got into the car and I was sobbing. After explaining the situation, I asked my friend to go take care of the package for me because I was not going back in there nor would I ever return. She went in and was met with glares, even another customer was snickering at her because they knew she was with me. Kayla, the employee, continued to be disrespectful and rude. For some reason, she decided to flip the script and told my friend it was the right box & she could use their tape. She continued to be ignorant and huff & puff. USPS employees have a culture of being unhelpful and ignorant which is very sad. I read some other google reviews about this USPS store and it sounds like many people have had similar issues with a female employee (likely Kayla, if that's even her real name). She shamed and embarrassed me. If you do not like working with people who may not know everything, don't do anything involving customer service - it's that simple. You are not better than anyone for being a postal workers, but congratulations on your lack of empathy and helpfulness. read more

Entered the post office at 10:55am line to the door. Departed at 11:35am (after shipping one package international and two domestic) so here's the deal I watched person after person walk up and complain to one of the two cashiers about waiting for over an hour (not sure where they came up with this imaginary number pretty sure we all stood in the same line.) the cashiers handled it very well and both very fact driven couldn't get my cashier to even crack a smile. Let's think about this if you have jerk after jerk walking up to you all day long complaining about a long wait and how precious your time is etc pretty sure you would start to dislike people besides news flash it's a tourist town news flash it's the holidays.
