But the customer service here sucks royally. I am forced to have a post office box here because this small town doesn't receive mail service to your house. Anytime I get a package I have to either take off of work or send someone to pick it up from the window. The window is only open for up to two hours a day! And those hours are when I'm at work! The worst part is when you call for assistance you get some snarky smart a$$ dude who gives zero percent empathy for you the customer being inconvenienced by their crappy hours. They no longer offer package pickup on Saturday either. Plus UPS and FEDEX can't deliver directly to your house, so you have to come here to pick them up too.
