Jess was great to work with and set me up with a gorgeous collage with 9 total pieces. Fast forward a few months, one of the couples in the photos break-up, my son and his long time girlfriend. So, I reached out to order a new pic in the collage. To my surprise Jess mentioned that they may be able to edit this person out of the photos. We opted to replace one of the shots with my son's Golden Retriever. The work that Jess and her team did was nothing short of a miracle! I had no idea that this was even possible. At first I was hesitant to use them only due to their hours. I work full time, and wasn't sure I would be able to make it. Even though I ultimately made it in, I learned that they accommodate some of their customers by a lock box they have after-hours. Pay ahead of time, and pick up at your convenience. Also, they close at 4pm on Friday's, so I think the hours listed on Google are slightly incorrect. The next time I need high quality printing, and (the dwindling art of) customer service I will absolutely be back.

Well, Friday came around and I was so busy getting the house prepared for the OH that I completely forgot about the flyers and missed John's three email reminders. At 1:30am I shot up in bed when I suddenly remembered the flyers, and they were closer on the weekend. To my utter surprise and delight, his last email said "I know you wanted this for today and we are closing, so I will leave them in my mailbox for you to pick up before the OH" and I hadn't even paid for the job yet! What a lifesaver! Eternally grateful for his kindness and consideration and trust. And the flyers were gorgeous! I'm a customer for life.

Fortunately I found kris, the owner of Bubble's Wrap and Send. I called her and presented my challenge of packing, shipping and wanting to track my shipment till it arrived in Australia. Many other places told me after it leaves the US there's absolutely no way to track it. Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I traveled further than I normally would to ship but after realizing Kris's expertise and seeing the results I'll never go anywhere else.
