This is quite different from the friendly and kind employees at the Sun Prairie location I'd moved from and was used to. Second, the setup is terrible and the space is very small. There is very little space to address or fill packages or forms, and especially if you are there during a busy time such as a Saturday, it gets quite crammed. Their tiny selection of envelopes, boxes, etc that they do offer always appears disorganized and messy. Lastly, their hours are very inconvenient and need to be extended.

First person tried to tell us they didn't do them because it was Friday...it was Tuesday. Then when we got up in line the only person on site that can do them was "on lunch" at 9am when the open passport hours are 9-10am. Two inconvenienced adults with a baby and they couldn't be bothered to take 2 min. When they are supposed to be open for that service. Never go to this location. Rude and lacks service.

She handed me back my birth certificate and never sent this with the passport . She kept asking me if this was my first passport she asked this question excessively approx 10 times . She said there was a problem with my marriage license not having my married name on it . Marriage licenses DO NOT have your married name because name changes are done AFTER you are married ( through social security card reissue which I had and she never asked to see). If passports are going to be required to vote in the future this is a very ineffective way to get one issued. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION for Passports !
