No matter the circumstance, you determine your attitude and the majority of them are just trash. 99% of these staff that I've dealt with have the saltiest attitude like we're burdening them on just picking up my package. The other 1% are friendly and decent people just trying to do their best and/or are slow moving like a sloth. It's bad enough that we have missing mail issues or wrong delivery locations in our neighborhood, now I gotta deal with these bums. I don't understand why they don't use the lockers like they normally do. Every time I come, there's 1-2 staff workers with 20+ people in line. We had passport appointments set and they'd cancel without notification. I wish this wasn't the main post office in Bryan, otherwise many of us would not come here. I purchase many items around the US (at least 15 different UPS stores) and this store is only one of 2 that have done such a great job and nothing arriving damaged. Highly recommend this location for their services. They even called me before hand to let me know they were packing it and when to expect it. Customer Service is a lost art accept at this location. They still believe in it.
