The drop in star is because I don't understand their idea of "sipping" and sending. I get the "send" part. I don't get why I'd want to drink wine or buy it before sending my packages. I tend to come here for quick amazon drop offs and have now started buying my stamps here as well. The set up the place isn't terrible but it's a bit tight although I don't think it should be. The walk up to the register is basically an aisle full of stuff you could buy, a lot of it wine and trinkets. Plenty of parking, with dedicated parking for disabled/wheelchair-users, 24-hour lobby and p.o. box access. They charge 50% more for a p.o. box than the other post offices on Pine Island charge. I'm sure this post office has no control over the pricing, as that's probably set by administrators in the region or in Washington, so I can't really criticize them for that. It would be nice if they had Saturday hours, but that's no doubt a budget thing as well. Still, for many people who work elsewhere on the island or off-island, having only M-F 8:30 - 4:00 hours means not being able to use this post office for things like mailing or picking up packages.

Its hidden behind a shopping center, not visible off of Estero Blvd. Its a small, white building with just enough parking for a beach community that normally travels by bike or on foot. We parked and went in to mail my postcards. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful, he even forewarned me to buy extra postage as postcard stamp pricing is going up another penny. I thanked him for his help and sent out my cards. Nice post office with great service, but hard to find off of the main road.
