I did a search to see if there was a post office near where we were and low and behold, I came upon this one. What a nice place! They are located in a pretty brick building with plenty of parking. The short line moved quickly and the ladies at the counter seemed very efficient. The lady that helped me was probably the friendliest postal employee I have come across in a long time. Nice place!

That's not support--it's pure dysfunction. I've lost time, I've lost money, and I've completely lost confidence in USPS. April is one of the employees and she is always quick with a hello, with a smile. Even the older gentleman that typically works the counter farthest from the door, he is so sweet.
