March 30,2026: IN WARWICK: The cashier stopped assisting me…read moreto help a person who had just walked in and wasn't in line. She greeted him fondly and then left my transaction half-finished to go retrieve the mail for him. This took up a lot of my valuable time as she handed him multiple packages. I politely expressed my concern about the situation, but she replied that this was their usual practice. I conveyed my dissatisfaction, stating that it was both unfair and discourteous. Her response was simply, "That's just how things are here." After she finished processing my transaction, she selected the "happy face" icon to rate her own service before handing me the receipt. I told her it was unfair for her to rate her own performance, but she didn't respond.

Horrible and just getting worse as the years go on. They hire incompetent people who don't know how…read moreto do their job in a office they are working alone in. Examples are had a box i paid cash for my box yearly fee. Had issues with key so they close my box, but i continued to get mail for 6 months until she finally changed lock for me which is 2 screws and i got new keys. Then she telks me box was closed because I didn't pay it when I paid cash and how conveniently they don't have anything in system for payment i made in June and they don't care they will not allow me to file complaint. They refuse to give information for their supervisors. They are without stamps to purchase for months. They give you wrong mail in box. They dont open up on time and they close early and take mail in personal vehicles to other post office when there is someone in mail truck that comes at 5 pm to pick it up. Easy way for packages to be stolen by them. They are on cell phones on personal calls in back not paying attention to customers at window waiting. They use curse words when dealing with your transaction. They mess up and over charge for sending a card out and don't know how to refund or cancel transaction and refuse to get supervisors help because she would be mad. Holds mail behind counter instead of putting it in box and sends mail back instead of giving it to you. Flyers and local news paper are not put in box its thrown in recycling. They park infront of the building so customers have to park in other spots for Veterinarian office when other 2 spots are full. Theres many other issues with this office and the Warwick office these are just a few. They dont deserve any stars they need a negative rating. This office is only open for a few hours a day it's really worthless to even be open with the crew they have working here that are dumber than anything. Guess they are so desperate for employees that if you are breathing you are hired.

This has to be THE most inefficient P.O. in the state. I cannot believe that when I went to mail…read moreinternational parcels, I was told to go to the post office in another town, because they had run out of customs forms seven weeks earlier. When. I questioned that they had not had the ability to ship anything abroad for seven weeks, Brian Hahn, the inept manager, said he'd "forgot to order the forms" and had "been on vacation." To say this man is just trying to coast into retirement, with no intention of running an efficient facility, would not be an exaggeration. He then tried to blame the counter clerk, but, as I said to him, the buck stops with him. He is also making more work for his co-workers at other post offices, who are doing his work, not to mention, wasting the time of customers. Sad to say, the apathy of Hahn is the kind of behavior that is contributing to the demise of USPS.
