Went up to the desk and showed the printed paper with the validation on it for the address change. We showed both our ids and then the change of address was complete. Easy transaction, and was a pleasure to deal with.

We love driving out here to visit our friends. This town is small and quaint with some scenic…read moremountainous roads. It's adjacent to Tuxedo, where they host the Renaissance Faire. We most often would drive out here in the winter months and even with the snow on the ground the streets are very well-maintained; so much more so than South of the Tappan Zee. There are cute little shops in town and the residential parts have some beautiful farm-like homes, nestled into the wilderness. With each visit, we feel like we've transported ourselves to some other place because it is so tranquil. Definitely one of our favourite drives.

She greeted him fondly and then left my transaction half-finished to go retrieve the mail for him. This took up a lot of my valuable time as she handed him multiple packages. I politely expressed my concern about the situation, but she replied that this was their usual practice. I conveyed my dissatisfaction, stating that it was both unfair and discourteous. Her response was simply, "That's just how things are here." After she finished processing my transaction, she selected the "happy face" icon to rate her own service before handing me the receipt. I told her it was unfair for her to rate her own performance, but she didn't respond.

Staff is courteous and helpful, never had a bad experience in there, was always treated first class.read more

Canada is always a challenge because of such slow service to smaller provinces. Tom keeps me informed of all of the mail delivery changes that happen frequently in Canada. Kudos to Tom!

I think the parking lot could use repaving, but hey a lot of places around here could use it ^_^ 5 Stars!! I prefer this location over the one at Tuxedo Park.
