On Thursday, my package was out for delivery at 7:01 am and returned back to the post office in the afternoon. It was finally delivered at 7pm that night!!! Yesterday I received an email at 6:01 am that my package was out for delivery. I got another email later on telling me that it would be delivered between 11am - 12:45 pm. It didn't arrive with the mail and was sent back to the post office. I checked later on and it wouldn't be delivered until 9pm that night?!?!!? It wasn't in the mailbox. I woke up this morning to an email that it was delivered at midnight?!?!?! It FINALLY showed up in the mailbox!!! I don't understand these postal workers. If a package is in your vehicle...DELIVER IT!!!

Incredible! So apparently my mailbox is the "drop-off" for ALL parties that lived there! How does a mail carrier deliver mail -clearly stating a different address- to my mailbox-11 bound pieces- without instructions to do so! This is incomprehensible to me-yet it happened. There was a long line to the door but it went very quickly and the staff were all friendly and had smiles on their faces. The employee I spoke to gave me a number to call which was helpful. That number got in contact with our mail carrier and she called me directly to tell us which number was ours. All three employees I spoke to were all very kind which made for a great first impression of the town we moved to from another state. There's a lot of parking available for this post office and it's easy to get in and out of. The lobby was clean, well maintained, and stocked with necessities for sending mail. I haven't utilized other services here but definitely will in the near future.

Our entire community complains weekly how our packages aren't going to our post office. They leave Gallatin, and poof. TLDR: Matt is a sadistic angry thief, who wouldn't give me my full receipt and should be fired…read more Matt is probably the worst person employed by the USPS. He's very condescending and sadistic. He was helping my mom and I was on the phone with my mom throughout this entire ordeal and he was speaking down to her, asserting his dominance, and overall just being a terrible person. My mom went to go ship a package for me. I had a prepaid priority flat rate label and so the flat rate box is included. She asked which box she should use for the flat rate and Matt pointed her to the brown boxes (the wrong boxes). Then when she went to go ship it they charged her for the box and refused to give her her items back when she didn't want to ship anymore. The person she asked for help lied to her and then wouldn't give her her items back. This is theft. My mom eventually just paid for the box and then he refused to give her the full receipt for the tracking info because the bottom part would contain info on reporting him, etc. (see pic) Honestly it's pretty concerning looking at the copious reviews about how terrible the staff is. This branch needs better training and a revamp
