One woman in particular (Hispanic, long dark brown hair) is the rudest, ugliest personality I have ever had to deal with. She can't answer simply questions without becoming mean and frustrated; if she doesn't want to do her job, she should quit. My father and I have taken to allowing my mother to retrieve the mail as the women seem to respect her more than the two of us (wonder what that's about). It's horrible to feel intimidated when you just need your mail or have a few simple clarifications to make. I hate this post office and I feel like someone needs to educate this team on appropriate customer service and how to be nice! Someone's mother failed them in that department.

Finally gives rude gesture to approach, no greeting or anything. just stares. I ask him for a package I had received a pink slip from. With an attitude of not wanting to be there or deal with it, he sighs and asks "When did they leave it?" I answer, he asks what's the address so which I had him my Texas ID. turns around and goes to the back prancing like he owns the place and we are there at his house to disturb him. Finally he comes back with the package , scans it and drops it on the counter. hand signals: "Next". I don't understand why we have to put up with this. If people don't like their jobs, they can go work somewhere else.

They could not wait and ended up causing 2500 in gate damages. No note left of who did it. If it weren't for the Amazon boxes and a call to Amazon, the culprit would not have been known. Amazon stated they would have taken full responsibility if it were one of their drivers, but they looked at their computer and it was USPS that had delivered. When the resident went to go inquire on how to get their money for the repairs, the Post Master Georgia Hall didn't even want to deal with them. She thought by simply saying nothing and handing a number would suffice. Are they hiring criminals now? Hiding behind the federal government? Postal Offices should only employ veterans or homeowners so they understand the cost of how expensive homeownership is and not cause hardship on residents they service. There should have been compassion and a training moment for everyone in that office, but instead Ms. Hall was full of excuses and defending the criminal actions of a worker that knew they were in the wrong and perhaps told by a hire up to do just that, a team effort to destroy someone's property and say nothing in an attempt to get away with it and let the homeowner figure out how they were to come up with 2500 to fix the gate. They didn't even call the police department for assistance, so they knew they were in trouble. This is never ok from anyone and the professionalism of a Manager is in question of who trained her because that's no way to talk to a customer. Also, because the complaint was brought up, she threatened to stop delivering the residents mail. Poor management for sure. Precisely how a guilty party acts.

I wanted to support this local business through print orders for my business, but caught on an…read moreinvoice that we were charged a 60% up charge on copies made totaling over $80 ontop of the copy order. When I reached out to them directly to clarify why we were charged this, I was told that it is their standard for same-day orders, which seems excessive when it is just opening an email file and clicking 'print'. I stated that if there was going to be a substantial up charge, he should've made that clear to see if I was willing to accept this fee or wait their 3-day timeline for an order before moving forward, and that sneaking it in on an invoice and charging my card for that fee was not acceptable. He said he would make an effort to communicate these fees better in the future and after several emails back and forth it was offered that the up-charge would be refunded. The credit has never been issued and when I followed-up, I am no longer being responded to. Beware of ridiculous charges and sneaked in fees and resolutions promised never to be provided.
