The Kiosk bin is always full and stuck at night. I could hear the employee speaking in the back but they won't come help even if they hear you struggling. Today even the regular mail slots were full to the max at 5:20am. I could only use the kiosk because I work during the post office hours. It's terrible. read more

This recent addition to the USPS has many good things going right for them. First of all, the location has ample parking. Second, it has a drive-thru drop-off mail box apart from the main building. And third, the lines inside move fairly quick as this Post Office is always well staffed. This is my neighborhood Post Office, so I come here relatively often. Whenever I come to pick up a package I get it in no time. There is a window for people coming to pick up packages (mostly me) and the counter for the people sending packages. This Post Office also has a small retail area where they sell stamps, greeting cards and packing materials. If you are in a hurry, you could bring your items to this Post Office, pack them and mail them. For convenience, try this location. read more

However, this time I went to drop off a package and I needed some tape and the man at the counter wanted me to BUY a brand new roll of tape when THEY already had one that was finished at one of the counters. Ridiculous!!! I opened up a yelp account just to write this review. I came here to leave a package for my business and I didn't see the employee scan my package in. She just put it off to the side. They're usually very rude but my packages always get delivered so I didn't bother her to scan it in. NOT THIS TIME! I turned in my package on Friday it's now Wednesday and it's nowhere to be found. the tracking number says the post office hasn't received anything yet. So now I look like I'm the one that wasn't doing my job when that's not the case. That was a very expensive order from a customer. My first big order. I'm a new business owner and a mom of two I can't afford these mistakes.My Etsy account got penalized and this cost me money and time now I'm going to have to do the order again because they were careless. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this it's not right. This cost my money that could pay for a bill or feed my babies. Never shipping here again. The post office on 1700 NW 97th Ave is amazing! I have used USPS for more than a decade on a regular basis and NEVER came across such laziness, disrespect and unprofessionalism EVER from a branch until recently. To make the story short, Mrs Davis, the lady at the counter refused to take a prepaid package and scan it. They made me throw it in a bin that was "outside" by the area you wait in line. This is after she was incredibly rude and did not want to help me because the package was already paid, even though I waited in line like everyone else. Now the package is LOST. It was never scanned by the end of the day and it has not been scanned after 2 days. This was a priority mail package with tracking number. I Talked the Joaquin and JD, the alleged managers, they DO NOT CARE AT ALL. All they care is to go home and be done with you as soon as possible. They seem to enjoy being sarcastic and disrespectful. I will be attempting to go through their internal affairs dept to hopefully make them at least give me my package back. I hope the package is still in that branch and not at Mrs Davis' home. Avoid this branch if you value your package contents. Otherwise use at your own risk. read more

So I was expecting a package for about month, I knew with past history of this post office that they take very long to deliver so I decided to wait (I ordered two months ago it was only supposed to take a month) until my package came but then yesterday I got a little paper slip from the mail that told me about a missed delivery. So I looked through it and it showed me a barcode that track my order it said that my package came on the 24th of August but I never received my package nor any of my family.... As I looked at the slip that made no sense because it had two dates for delivery. one was crossed out that said 8/24/21 (was supposed to be the day that packets would come to me) and the other said 9/8/21, luckily the slip also said me that it hold it until 9/9/21!!!!! but when I got the slip it 9/27/21... I still decided to show up to the post office to see if I can do anything about my package or if they still had it because I thought they wouldn't send me the slip this late unless they still had this package... I was wrong they told me they couldn't do anything about it because the package was already sent back to the seller and now I have the contact the seller because of the incompetence of this post office... this sucks read more

I regularly come here to ship for my online business with my labels already printed but it's happened more than once already where I go and the "grill/BBQ" lever where you pull to drop in your packages is jammed (likely because the basket on wheels on the other side is so overloaded) and there are no other alternatives because there are no outside basket on wheels and the line is like a 20 minute wait when I'm in a rush. read more

This is the worst USPS location I have ever dealt with. The employees are rude, and packages that I have dropped off have stayed in the facility for days before getting scanned to finally depart. Even worse, when a package is supposed to be delivered on a specific date to my house "Out for delivery" it usually goes back to the post office and when I try to go pick it up the employees refuse to go look for it. The best post office is in Bird Road after 67th, when you ask them if they're holding a package they go to the back and try to find it for you and all they're packages get delivered on time. read more

It's not as bad as I thought it would be from reading the reviews! I brought my own tape, scissors, box ready to return clothes I didn't like. The gentleman who helped me was attentive and explained that a lot of people don't expect to pay for tape which is understandable but it's how the company makes their money and prepaid parcels should be ready once someone arrives. The line wasn't long and he even asked me to take a picture of the box in case I lose my receipt or something unfortunate would happen. read more

Super disappointed in this location. I'm not sure if she was a manager or not (dark skin, short hair kinda blonde) but all I needed was for her to put a piece of tape in a small box I needed to ship (which was already paid for by the way) and she has the audacity to tell me I have to pay $3 for tape when all I needed was a small piece in order for the box not to open. Point is, if you want to up sale every customer that walks in the door you guys will loose business. I walked out, there's other locations that do it for free. This location is not that bad BUT! their/my local driver is horrible, I have to go and pick up every single package myself from the post office because the local driver is too lazy to go upstairs and do her JOB! she simply rights a "we've missed you" note and then drives off! Unhelpful and rude. I had to beg for a small piece of tape. I was given a piece left behind by another customer. Obviously they want you to buy an entire roll because it's absurd that they wouldn't have scotch tape or some of the tape that they sell. But more than this, it was the general attitude of staff that was infuriating.
