This is highly inconvenient especially when I pay $232 per year for a PO Box, so this is uncalled for. Having a PO Box supports the operation of the Post Office, so this is a slap in the face to their customers that directly support them. Due to this ongoing issue, I will no longer use a PO Box and save that money instead.

Instead of the torture I endured at the UPS store in Hiram on Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy the last time. I traveled a bit further . It was worth it. I mailed off a package for my little sweet God daughter. She's turning 1 year old next week. The postal employee ( Donna) was so genuinely nice and professional . I had the wrong zip code for my packaged to be delivered. She kindly helped me with that. I arrived around lunch time and it was pretty busy but the line moved faster than any other post office I've been to, the ladies are efficient. There is free street parking and several spots in their parking lot, it is a very tight space and I'm thankful I drive a compact car. The worker that checked me out was pleasant. I was a little confused by them not placing a fragile sticker on my package although I answered yes to the fragile question. I asked and was told they don't apply a fragile sticker but I've been to other offices and they have. I'm thankful my package arrived to the recipient on time and not broken. I will continue to drive to this office for postal services while I live on this side of town.
